GOOD RESTAURANT WITH THE SAME PHILOSOPHY FROM YEARS AGO

We've had dinner at this restaurant and all right, we haven't been and it's business as usual.
The very rich food and the portions are generous, and you have a chance of some ordering half a serving which gives you the option to try more dishes.
The waiter who served us a charm.

A gesture that will make us never come back

Today we have returned to a restaurant where we usually come every time we visit this town. Unfortunately, the experience has been very disappointing.
After lunch we left behind a bag of local food in one of the chairs. Not two hours later we returned to the restaurant thinking they would have kept it, but to our surprise they no longer had it: they told us they had thrown it or “would have split it”
We find it a total lack of consideration for the client. When someone leaves something behind, the minimum is to keep it for a reasonable time in case they look for it again. A detail that leaves much to be desired and that undoubtedly changes the image we had of this place.

UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE

Good morning:
In July 2024 we stayed for a couple of days and I can say that the room although it was a little old, you could rest enough, even though the closings of the door that gives access to the balcony, was not at all well and you could hear the voices of the street.
Instead, the breakfast very good and varied.
But I have to highlight the bad experience I had when I went to pick up the car that was parked in the car park that has the hotel in Santander street, what was my surprise that it had a blow in the back, I went to comment to the owners of the hotel and I did not see anything clear that they wanted to fix it or did not know how to do it.
As of today, August 6, 2024, you still haven’t deigned to contact me despite me sending you emails and wathsapp.
I leave this review for future guests to consider parking in the hotel parking lot and take a photo before and after so they have no problems.

We were eating at the restaurant, all for ten.
We ate the €28 menu.
We arrived from a trip and they didn't bother us to order.
The portions are super complete, the best is the waiter, attentive, helpful despite his youth, a greeting to Oleg, he will be a professional.

A wonderful hotel

We have stayed at the hotel for four days and we could not have been more comfortable. The rooms are decorated in a very simple and elegant way, with a rustic style. The photos don't do the rooms justice, they are much better in person. Totally recommended to spend a few days on the Island. The breakfast is very complete, very good. The staff's attention is great, unbeatable, they are attentive and polite. I would return without thinking about it!
