Economical and well located.

Hotel located on an industrial estate at the entrance of Avila, a very quiet and easy to reach site. has own parking.
The front desk staff was very friendly and told us how to go to town and where to park.
He has supermarkets nearby. It has a restaurant as well as a shop at the petrol station.

Bad experience

Good location, everything clean, bed confortable.
But I'm making these review at 4:30am so you can see the noise, it's like there's no noise insulation from the others rooms.
Probably just bad luck...

Economy hotel ideal for overnight stays

Easy location to main route. Simple facilities that were very clean. Surprisingly quiet with little noise from the filling station or traffic. The bar and fuel station are frequented by local Garda Civil, so it feels safe. Very friendly and helpful staff at reception and in the bar/restaurant.

a very nice lunch

my son i law and i had just eventually come from an appointmnent we were late and starving, we came upon el pinar and in we went.
it was a large clean airy room we were met by the waiter who showedus to our table, i noticed he glanced at the clock on the way. wesat down on comfortable seats and placed our order;
there was 2 menus one for 8 euros and one for 19 euros. we were starving and when i realized that the 19 one included a very large turatin steak my mind was made up.
we tarted with green beans, then the turatn, then rice, thn coffee.
it was a delicius meal and i really enjoyed the sop there, thoroughly recommended.

Excellent low cost hotel

this hotel is conveniently situated just off the motorway jcn 108 from the east jcn 109 from the west.
When approaching the hotel you need to turn left off the road and go round the block turning in at the petrol station.
The hotel is behind it and the staff are in the pertrol station shop if not on the counter
Very Friendly people.
Very clean rooms
comfortable
easy access to Avilla center 20mins walk or taxi for less than €10
would recommend it for a couple of nights
