The bad: you are essentially getting a bed, toilet in a small water closet, and walk in shower. There’s a tiny TV and a couple small built in shelves. No mini fridge or desk. The room is not much larger than the bed. But Barcelona is a place where you shouldn’t spend much time in your room anyway. One night the power kept surging and that kept shutting off the AC and then it would beep when it came back on. It was a bit uncomfortable that night, but to be honest I’m not sure if that was a hotel issue or a city issue. I had a power outage at my house the night I got home. Stuff happens.
The good: The shower and toilet were great, clean, modern. The bed was more comfortable than it looked, but not overly luxurious, I slept well. The mini split and ceiling fan kept the room icy in July. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooftop terrace is relaxing, the swim spa looked inviting but you need to reserve it if you hope to use it. The coded entryways made everything secure and easy without having to worry about losing a key. The location is perfect. I walked to all the sights and the beach easily.
This place is an old building that has been renovated in a very clever way. Raw OSB plywood doors and headboards, exposed brick walls, and other extremely smart little hacks to make the most use of the space and I imagine keep the renovation budget focused on the important things. There is a lot of character and soul in this place. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a very comfortable stay, the location was walkable to everywhere, near metro places to see. Staffs wore very helpful and it was great that they had staff in sight 9-9. We sure will be back.

This property was fabulous. So cute and comfortable and I'm extremely happy we booked this location. We'd definitely stay there again.

The room was small (ideal for 1 person), but very clean and well located. I strongly recommend it for single travellers and would 100% stay at it again!

Not what I expected for the price. The hotel sells itself as eco friendly because they repurposed many things to do the decoration ok, the translation is that you have poor quality furniture and very very cheap finishing everywhere. My outlets covers weren't even attached to the cheap cork wall so every time I wanted to light on my room, it was falling, super annoying. Also, the walls are paper thin, I guess they wanted to maximize every inch they could but listening farting your neighbours or the sound of them going to the bathroom as if they were in you room with the door open, is disgusting to be honest. The location is very central and nice only in daylight, during the evening everyone gets the trash bags out and let them in the street which is kind of gross and the smell is very strong, it seems that you arrive to an hotel in the middle of undeveloped city.
Also, the shower could you use a bleach cleaning.
