Ideal apartment

Very pleasantly surprised at how good the apartment was and in an ideal location. The Fira 103 apartments are in the same building as the APBCN offices, this probably helps if there are any noise problems. There is a no noise policy between 10pm to 9am. The apartment was modern and clean, service was very efficient. I would recommend this set of apartments.

Loud Music, Unsafe for families

We stayed between 27-30 September and were traveling with 3 children under 8. From 9pm to 7am onwards the apartment block turned into party central with loud music playing from multiple apartments (one directly across from ours). Crowds of people walking through the corridors, drunk and rowdy. We were too afraid to complain and did not get a single nights sleep. Our children woke up to loud screaming and abusive language and banging on doors every night. It was unpleasant and scary. Unsuitable for families with young children

Clean and tidy

We recently visited the Eixample APBCN apartments in Barcelona. As part of a stag party of 13 gentlemen I was concerned after reading the "house rules" about noise level prior to leaving the UK. I received three pin codes for our apartments well before leaving the UK. When arriving at the apartment block late at night the code worked fine at the main door so we tried to access our first room to find a family in it. The family understandably were upset. As were we as we at this point thought they'd overstayed in our said room. After ringing the security and some somewhat annoyed people we were finally given a new apartment and we all rested for the night. The next day I received a telephone call saying what we did was totally out of order and these people now wanted to move apartments and the company would need to pay (basically they were taking my deposit without asking!!). The asked us too be quiet which is expressed to the others for the second night, sadly on a stag do most people are loud. I then received a further phone call after night two saying we must leave by 1300 that day or the police would kick us out and we'd lose all deposit money for all apartments. After negotiation at the office one of the flats left and the others stayed.
All in all. Apartments clean and tidy, nothing special. If you are louder than a church mouse avoid it.

Great Experience

I found "All Apartments Barcelona" online and we had a great experience renting from them. All communication prior to arriving was done online, including the processing of my deposit. For a small fee, they arranged private car service that was waiting for us upon our arrival at the airport, then delivered us to the main office. Driver was friendly, professional, and a safe driver. We required a child seat and a child seat was indeed properly installed in the car ready for our use. Our check-in was processed within 15 minutes while the car service waited, then the car service delivered us to the apartment that we had reserved online (Serra 2). We found APBCN's selection of Barcelona apartments to be outstanding and the furnishings of the apartment that we selected were exactly as pictured & listed online. Check-out was beyond easy (we simply left the keys in the apartment).
In all, we found this company to reputable and they delivered exactly as agreed upon, We will rent thru them again when we return to Barcelona.

Health hazard at Piquer apartment

The apartment we booked said it was a modern apartment...No way it needed just about everything changed. Health hazard risk of electrocution as plugs and wires falling out of walls...Gas boiler leaking. The place is a no goer.
They are advertising apartments that are great but they are misleading. They need to invest in renovating.
