Tucked in between the most beautiful thoroughfares in Barcelona, Passeig de Gracia y Passeig de Catalunya, this hotel is a gem. It's super comfy without being pretentious, with bars with nice, tasty Spanish bites both in the lobby and terrace (6th floor) level. The room was very nice, they cared enough to add an extra bed for my son. Having been before to the Catalonia hotel in Bilbao, I strongly recommend Catalonia Boulevard in Barcelona, and other hotels in this chain, to anyone in search for a boutique experience that is conveniently located, and nice without unnecessary flare

Pool doesn't open until 3pm. Wifi didn't work for half the trip in our suite. Others reported problems and we still didn't have internet so I couldn't work. YouTube didn't work on the TV. Bartender on the rooftop pool area pushes tips even with bad service thinking everyone is a foreigner. Disappointing overall. The location was good.

I made reservation on hotels.com for this property and pre paid. Traveled to Barcelona from NYC and upon my arrival was told my reservation cannot be honored and they can refund me at no fee. I told them that I need a stay that night as I just arrived and have events tomorrow. They told me they can send me to another hotel and not pay extra but the other hotel is actually cheaper haha and they would not refund me. Had several back and forth with Aida, David and a call with their manager as well but I had to leave to another hotel. They stated some issue with cards not working at doors but many customers were in and out during that discussion at lobby and there seems to be no issues. Zero reliability at this place.

The room was clean and chic. The AC worked great and it was so peaceful and quiet! The location was the best part about this hotel, it is in a touristy area but not quite by La Rambla which makes it ideal. The staff were incredibly nice and I was even able to get an early check out which I really appreciated! I loved my stay here and wish it was longer!

Stayed for three nights with my sisters and mum. Hotel was excellent. We booked a family room which had two connecting rooms and one of them didn’t open with the card so i had to go back down to sort it out. However after it was sorted, the receptionist did call and ask if it was all okay. Staff were friendly, hotel was clean and the location is excellent. It is in a safe neighbourhood, with lots of independent shops, cafes, and a metro on the doorstep. I would stay at this hotel again.
