A fair stay
We stayed here for three nights. Staff were friendly and welcoming on check in and would do anything for you including booking meal reservations. We had a room on the second floor quite close to the lift. The room on the whole was tidy but I found dust scooted to one corner of the room down by the sinks and on one evening when peeling back the sheets they were all stained with something that didn’t look nice. Nice touch to have fresh bottled water placed in your room each day. Access to tea and coffee facilities also. Shower and toilet area were clean. The hotel offers a happy hour offer each day between 6 and 8 and this is quite a good thing to do. Two for one on drinks. We didn’t dine in the hotel for breakfast but it’s available if you want it. A fairly good location with some good eating places round about. About a 5 min walk to Gaudi’s house and Passag de Graig. The rooftop pool was also a good feature to cool off in. It’s quite small and there is only a few sunbeds. If you want a drink you have to ring down. Lovely bar terrace to sit out in on an evening. It’s a good base in a busy city. One thing that did happen to us which was extremely annoying was a family on our floor had children running up and down the corridor and near the lift area at 3am in the morning. My partner went out after we were all awoken. Some people lack manners and respect. Most people would be sleeping at 3am even if they weren’t.

Nice hotel, but no Wi-Fi in the room
The hotel itself is good: clean, spacious rooms and a nice building in a convenient location. On that side, no complaints.
However, two issues affected our stay. First, the lady at the front desk was not very welcoming — a small thing, but first impressions matter.
The biggest problem was the internet. The Wi-Fi worked fine in the lobby, but the moment we entered our room, there was no signal at all. Not weak, completely gone. I complained to reception several times over our stay, and no solution worked. We ended up relying on our own mobile roaming data for the entire 4 days.

Great team and a good hotel
Went to this hotel by accident as our initial reservations in another hotel were messed up by Agoda. But I must say, i was extremely happy to have stayed here. It was a very short 2 day anniversary getaway for us. The reception team especially Sara and her colleague in the morning shifts were extremely helpful. Breakfast was great with a lot of choices. An elaborate buffet with a selection to be made from an extensive alacarte menu as well. The breakfast manager was again very suggestive and accommodating as I am a vegetarian. Room was good.clean and had everything required. We were also sent a bottle of Prosecco with a little card as I to the team that I am there for my anniversary. Pool was small but great for me as I can’t swim and was just perfect for me as well. Best part was the staff. They are an asset. Location is central and close to train stations. May return again soon to this place again. Thank you

Great atmosphere and friendly staff and great breakfast
My husband and I had a great experience. Our room was very clean and staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast was great, from fresh fruit and vegetables to all kind of meat and smoked salmon. All kind of bread and pastry to made to order omelette, crepe and egg Benedict. The breakfast buffet’s manager, Anna, was great and very friendly. We definitely want to go back.

Friends, variety of products, quality of service.
I went to have breakfast with 2 friends at the hotel restaurant, and I must say that the experience was wonderful. The maitre d' who managed breakfast was very attentive and helpful at all times. The quality-price ratio of the breakfast is excellent, in my opinion, totally recommendable; I will return without a doubt.
