Ovi elegantni i moderni apartmani nude besplatni bežični pristup internetu i dobro opremljene kuhinje. Željeznički kolodvor Sants udaljen je samo 10 minuta hoda, a do postaje podzemne željeznice Entença ima 450 metara.

Good choice
The overall experience has been good, and the value for money is fine. The location is very good, the building is new, and everything is very well connected, close to Sants and metro stops. It's an area that's not afraid to travel according to what hours. However, there is room for improvement. There is a hanger missing where to hang bags and jackets, there is little light in the bathroom and the ceiling was full of mold, the kitchen hood was not working, good thing we only cooked one day, and the sofa bed is very uncomfortable. Theme checkin was online and the entry works with code and that great part, but being a weekend you are only treated for emergencies. You don't get immediate feedback. For the rest, it is a comfortable apartment, well lit, despite not having a balcony came a lot of light. If we had to travel back to the area for a couple of days, we would repeat, if it were more days I would think about the kitchen and the awkwardness of the sofa bed. There were 4 of us and our children slept terrible.

Stay for Christmas, 3 days , 3 nights.
Apartment very well and quiet, well located 10 minutes walk from the train station.
But problem, the elevator was broken down for the entire duration, and we were on the 5th floor with heavy suitcases; so rather unpleasant to go back and forth on 5 floors (we are not very young) and especially very surprised to have had no information from FISA RENTAL about this incident and refusal of a commercial gesture given the amount of the rental and all the expected services.
As for the deposit of 200 € which should have been a bank imprint, it was indeed debited from the account and not yet refunded.
So apartment really very well but commercial service after light sale, it does not match the quality of the accommodation.

Poor service experience with Fisa Les Corts
Stayed here for 2 nights in November with my family ( 2 adults & a 6 years old child ). Property is well maintained, clean, spacious. Only downside we found was the strong smell from the toilette so we kept running the exhaust fan during 24 h.
We faced a bad encouter during the first night , next door to us some young people was partying though the night. At 22:44 pm i reported this issue & video of the encounter , to the 24 h emergency phone provided by Fisa but no reply from them nor a follow up call on the following day. On the day of the check out i reported this issue to the Gemma, Front Desk staff at Fisa and her argument was very defensive and protective. At no point she did apologise nor offered a compensation for our terrible night. I have reported this issue to higher tourist authorities in Barcelona.

Much better than hotels
Finding accommodation in Barcelona is always expensive. A short-term rental apartment with stove, fridge and washing machine provides the best value for money — for a week as well as for a weekend.
We have stayed in two different apartments in this house and can wholeheartedly recommend them. Their equipment leaves nothing to be desired. And cleaning between different guests is impeccable.
There is a convenient bus stop 200 meters away. The walking distance to the metro stations Sants Estació and Entença is 500 meters. And you reach the central parts of the city in 30-40 minutes by foot.
The house consists solely of apartments for short-term rental (almost identically furnished). The company appears as very efficient and professional. You risk no surprises. Company representatives communicate friendly via e-mail (Monday to Friday). Very convenient!
Our only disappointment was when the wifi signal in one of the apartments only barely reached the bedroom.

Expected a better service
My partner and I stayed for two weeks in the apartment. It was equiped and it had all we needed for our stay.
However, we were disappointed that one of the cleaners took one of our personal items by mistake and, although we raised our complaint, FisaRentals did nothing to fix it or offered us any discount.
