A great surprise, beautiful hotel
This hotel was a pleasant surprise, booking this hotel was a gamble as I did not know the chain. It met expectations very much.
you notice a modern hotel with very good maintenance at the time of our visit.
The area where it is located is really good, extremely touristy, full of gastronomic places, 100m from Casa Batló and 300m from Plaza Catalunya, where almost all the walking tours of the city begin
The staff was very friendly throughout. We were able to leave all our luggage in their storage until the room was ready. The very nice and spacious room, with a comfortable bathroom visually separated from the bed sector, which was large and comfortable, the furniture to store our belongings were large, had a large desk, refrigerator and even a small external patio own of the room that was very useful to take advantage of the sun or get some air.
The breakfast buffet deserves a separate paragraph, extremely complete, we take the time every morning to take advantage of it well. I recommend including it in the reservation even in a city where the places to eat out are left over.

Walls are thin and inside the room I could here everything what happens around, when people use water, when walk, talk..
Walls are thin and inside the room I could here everything what happens around, when people use water, when they walk, talk, use the door and anythinge else... Also I could hear everything what housewife do on our floor. And the louds are not very common in early morning after a good nightout. Stuff should give to us, their guests, earplugs, so we could have a better sleep.
The water in the bathtub drains very slowly, it takes a long time to empty even if you take just a shower.
Out of this, stuff was very nice and friendly, especually Asian girl in the restaurant (sorry because I say "Asian", I don't know her name. I really want to greet her with a hug from Serbia!✌ She was supernice and friendly!
And location of the hotel was just amazing!!!

We are sorry, however, that the noise affected your rest. We will review the situation, as depending on the orientation and location of the room, some rooms may be more exposed to sounds from neighbouring rooms or the corridors than others. We also understand how disturbing this can be, particularly in the early morning.
Regarding the housekeeping service, our room attendants arrive at around 8:00 a.m., but they do not normally begin cleaning rooms before 9:00 a.m., as they first need to prepare their equipment and organise the work for the day. We apologise if you were disturbed by any activity before this time.
We will also check the drainage in the bathtub to ensure that it is working properly.

GOOD BUT STILL IMPROVABLE
Our stay there was amazing! Sincerely the location of the hotel is a top notch! The assistance given by all the crew was flawless, amazing. The only thing I would mention as an observation is the shower; our room was amazing with a big and nice balcony/terrace and the bathroom was functional, but when it was shower time all the water from the shower splashed out of the shower and made a lake. But it wasn’t we couldn’t handle.

Excellent location: a 5-minute walk from Casa Batlló and La Pedrera, right in the Eixample, ideal for visiting Barcelona on foot. Clean and comfortable room, welcoming staff with good advice. Impeccable service from start to finish. We recommend it without hesitation!
