Please place your garbage in the nearest container before checking out. Otherwise, a partial or even total deduction from the damage deposit will take place, depending on the owner’s decision. 5. The cleaning fee refers to the cleaning of the apartment on the day of departure. Cleaning during your stay will have an extra cost (consult your contact person). The cleaning fee does not include the washing of used dishes, so the client must wash all the tableware used during the stay (cutlery, glasses, etc.). Otherwise, a partial or even total deduction from the damage deposit will take place, depending on the owner’s decision. 6. If the client uses any extra bed linen or towels without permission, the cost of the laundry (between 15€ and 50€) will be deducted from the damage deposit. 7. Check out time is 11:00 am as we need to clean the apartment between 11.00 and 14:00, prior to the next check-in (normally about 14.00).
