Great location and lovely relaxing foyer on 3rd floor!
We stayed here for 3 nights - came direct from the airport on the train to the Sants Estació stop directly outside the hotel. Lovely big rooms - both ours had balconies. There is a lovey big foyer with pool and other games and many many seating sections with beanbags and comfortable couches. We hung out there after check out and before getting our train to move on to our next location. Nice rooftop pool and restaurant (though we didn't eat there). The staff were generally nice (big shout out to Andrea, the lady who checks you in for breakfast and the youung woman who works in the executive lounge), Bar staff were grumpy but we did arrive at midnight so maybe they were tired!

Location was fantastic, staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Their breakfast was definitely worth the money. Barcelona was absolutely lovely wish we had planned more time there. Thank you Moxy

Well I didn’t like that I had to pay 118 of tax which should have been included when I booked the hotel, I couldn’t have a fridge in the room, the room wasn’t that clean, nor I got chair to sit. I would not go back to this hotel.

Check-in was smooth, and they were able to keep our bags until the room was available. But at both check-in and keycard pickup, the receptionists verbally reeled off a long list of facilities, including opening times for breakfast. Would have liked a QR code to scan with all the info on; they didn't even mention how to find the swimming pool. 9th floor room was modern and spacious, comfortable beds, but I could hear heels stomping around and chairs scraping up to midnight on Sunday. The lifts seem old; they are slow and very warm. On one day someone had pressed in and broke both buttons, so we were unable to call the lift. On our departure day, we asked if a later checkout was available and were able to get until 4 pm. I also mentioned the lack of information about the opening times of the VIP lounge, and was told there were signs at check-in (I was standing at the same desk at this moment), which had no signs.

City hotel with good connections and a friendly crew
Location situated directly next to the "main station" Barcelona Sants, not far from Parc Montjuic, Placa Espana, and the "Tarragona" metro station.
Some rooms only have single beds, but through an upgrade, I was offered a standard comfortable large bed.
The service staff could all speak English and were always friendly and eager to resolve issues (my suitcase was delayed upon arrival).
The only points of criticism for me are:
* Due to the location at the main train station, the area does not feel like the safest neighborhood in the city at night.
* The number of lounge chairs at the pool is a bit low for the size of the hotel, especially in the summer.
Some rooms only have single beds, but through an upgrade, I was offered a standard comfortable large bed.
The service staff could all speak English and were always friendly and eager to resolve issues (my suitcase was delayed upon arrival).
The only points of criticism for me are:
* Due to the location at the main train station, the area does not feel like the safest neighborhood in the city at night.
* The number of lounge chairs at the pool is a bit low for the size of the hotel, especially in the summer.
