Just good hotel
Nice hotel: clean, room is big enough even för family of 4. Very helpful personnel fixed what we have asked. Location is perfect. Not in the city center to have it calm but just walking distance to Ciutsdella park and Glores. Bus and metro is very close.and the sea - just 12 minuts to go ! The price was also good!

Excelent stay
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel itself is very nice, comfortable, and well located, but what really made our experience special was the exceptional service.
A special mention to **Rosa and Dani**, who were absolutely amazing. They were so friendly, helpful, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay. Their kindness and professionalism truly made us feel at home.

Hotel and restaurant everything wonderful, we were extremely well attended to especially by Rosa and Dani, they are wonderful, the housekeepers are also wonderful, we will definitely come back, we stayed here for 6 days and have nothing to complain about. I recommend to all

We had a very good time, but... (August 5 - 11, 2026)
Overall, the experience was positive; the guys at the reception were always very helpful in accommodating our every request at any time, the breakfast was well-stocked and complete, and the rooms upon arrival were very fragrant and clean. However, there were some unpleasant adventures. First of all, during the booking phase, the hotel was described to me as having a pool, complete with an image, which is why I had considered booking at this B upon arrival, however, we learned that there was no pool at the property, and this rightly left us a bit disappointed. I only think it was a problem with the platform from which I made the booking, but I invite the property to pay attention to this, because it can be quite misleading, and I do not want to think that there could be bad faith behind it. The second quite unpleasant episode happened after a rain. After spending a day visiting the city, upon returning to the room, we found the entire floor covered in water, due, as reported by the worker who fixed the pipe, to an accumulation of rainwater. The situation was resolved in about an hour.
The last things that made the stay less pleasant were the poor soundproofing of the rooms; in the evening and at night, it was very frequent to hear people running and stomping their feet from the floors above, and also the issue of the room cleaning service, which was constantly never completed before 1:30/2:00 PM, forcing us to wait sometimes on the sofas present at the entrance of the property, or even to delay our return to the room.
I would like to inform you that the rooms are equipped with air conditioning and are cold; it is not possible to open the windows completely for safety reasons, but there is an air exchange system that is always active, so the air inside never feels stale. The bathrooms have no windows.
The last unpleasant fact was when, during check-in, we were informed of an increase in the tourist tax of about 40%, which was not a problem, but it would be nice to receive a notice regarding this.
Overall, to have an experience that was all in all pleasant and fair in proportion to what we paid, it was missing a little; I recommend more general attention regarding what I have written to those responsible. And instead, to possible new customers, I recommend the property for medium-short stays.

In merito alla fotografia della piscina, apprezziamo la Sua comprensione nel riconoscere che si è trattato di un errore; contatteremo immediatamente il nostro partner per richiedere la rimozione dell'immagine errata ed evitare futuri malintesi con gli ospiti. Riguardo all'infiltrazione d'acqua causata dalla pioggia e al rumore proveniente dai piani superiori, abbiamo già segnalato la questione al nostro team di manutenzione affinché possa verificare l'impianto idraulico e l'isolamento acustico delle camere.
Comprendiamo inoltre perfettamente il disagio causato dall'orario di pulizia delle camere nel primo pomeriggio e terremo conto del Suo suggerimento nella riorganizzazione dei turni del personale addetto alle pulizie. Infine, in merito all'aumento della tassa di soggiorno stabilito dalle autorità locali, ci assicureremo di informare i nostri ospiti in anticipo su eventuali variazioni delle tariffe comunali.
