King Oscar.

Beautiful Hotel, The food and room were perfect. Oscar is the king of entertainment, he will go above and beyond looking after you with anything you need. An absolute joy to be around. Perfect for families looking for calmness.

Fire Witness request 2 fires 21st Augug

HELP NEEDED – HOTEL FIRE WITNESSES/GUESTS
We were affected by 2 fires in just 4 days, and we’re now seeing so many guest reviews confirming what really happened.
Has anyone else been affected, contacted the hotel/agent, received an apology, explanation or refund?
I’d really like other guests/witnesses to come forward and connect with each other. The more people who share their experiences, the harder it is for what happened to be ignored or misrepresented.
We’ve been left feeling completely unsupported, with no one even asking how we were after the incidents.

A holiday to remember!

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were better than we expected and the food was top notch. Oscar, Irina and Beyza were so fun and made our stay incredible.

Well below expectations

We made the best of our 2 weeks. Although we knew it was in a remote location, we booked mainly because of the fabulous trips we'd seen advertised. No trips from the hotel. You have to travel to other hotels to take the coach. Also, if you can, book well in advance as they get booked up quickly. Also, no free shuttle into Estepona unless you're part of the French Jumbo group.
A decent selection of food (could be a better variation) but poor restautant hygeine on grill (using same utensils to cook raw and cooked meat) and no hand sanitiser available.
All staff were lovely. Animation team certainly earn their money and the bat staff too.
There was a fire on our penultimate night. 6 rooms away from our room. No fire alarm or organised evacuation. The people who did leave their rooms, I believe were awoken by the noise from the emergency services arriving on the main drive. We were on the other side so no alerts. Appalling. The hotel replied to my email, saying they followed all protocols. Tui also have said all fire procedures were followed. Taking my complaint to ABTA.
I agree with other reviews who have said that it is certainly not a 4 star hotel.
Taxis reasonably priced to Marbella, Puerto Banus and Estepona and well worth a visit.
