Great place

Been staying there for years,apartments are great nice and clean,staff have always been helpful,good location not too far from the main bars

Spotless apts

Just returned home from vistamar, arrived early hours morning,and had very polite young man check us in very quickly, had apt 1204 apt as usual was spotless, it was a heat wave but we just left all windows open and didnt need air con., yes you pay for sun bed but it does stop sunbed rush, we heard no noise within apts at all for the full week, and got great sleep, there was very little noise outside on street. The staff have always been helpfull, and the manager is a very helpfull and proffesional .we have booked to come in sept .

shocking terrible hotel and staff

just come back from this appalling hotel do not stay here it is terrible staff are absolutely so rude spanish lady st the desk and the pool guy room was filthy on arrival blinds broken not working attitude from the staff is basically they don’t care on arrival we have to pay £150 deposit and when we checked out we have been told that we can’t get our deposit back as there is a burn on a table i. which no one smokes in the family and the mark was obviously there before us so they said no deposit back disgusting room not once been cleaned in the whole week we have been there no towels changed or bedding no toilet roll and on top of that at 430am this morning anther guest let there selves in to our room in which the staff gave them the key absolutely not acceptable we will be taking the matter further but stay away you have been warned the pool is so small but they allow over 100 guests around the pool no life guard no safety in place . worst place we have ever stayed in !!!

Booked standard upgrade, very impressed with quality of the room for a fair price.. the upgrade consisted of room services linen change, air-con, safe plush soft towels, toiletries and impressive cleanliness

Worth a stay....

Nice welcome and friendly staff, room nice and big ! Left takes ages to get right to the top well better than walking could of done with the a/c included in the stay as we thought but wasn't wanted extra €7.50 a 12h window! Couldn't believe that they wanted us to pay €1.50 each for a sunbed at the pool side whats that about?? The week staying there was nearly £600 ! No food served at this hotel was a bit disappointing! Had a bar thought shop next to hotel had a good range of stuff ! Would come back again one day ! There is no toiletries like soap/hair wash stuff in the room !! We bought are own so no issues unless you forgotten! Bed was very uncomfortable though British TV channels.
