Little Gem in Benidorm Old Town

Small friendly hotel in the heart of the old town. It's in a busy area with popular bar 69 at the front door. The staff were 1st class,friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean with clean towels every day. It's a couple of minute walk to the levante beach and about 5 minutes in the other direction to the Poiniente beach. The hotel's roof bar sells reasonably priced cocktails etc. This hotel is a little gem and highly recommend. The only issue we encountered, and this is not a fault of the hotel, was we weren't able to get the airport transfer to drop us off or pick us up from anywhere near the hotel. If you're mobility impaired this could be a real issue for you. I would highly recommend the Queens for a great relaxing holiday. 5 stars and thank you.

Horrific

Worst place I've ever attempted to stay. Booked for 5 nights and only stayed one. Room was beyond tiny, couldn't even open the door fully to get in. Bathroom there was space to manoeuvre yourself in but that's it. Balcony you couldn't pull chairs out as not large enough. Noise was so loud and relentless until 4am. Left first thing and had to pay out and book elsewhere. First time I've ever left a hotel and was not physically able to stay the duration (and I'm from Luton so you can guess just how bad it was). Do not book this hotel, especially if you're over 10st as you won't even manage to get in. We stayed in room 25 (for a night)

Nice rooftop bar

Didn't stay here, we went up to their rooftop bar for a drink. Only small but good views over the bay, and lovely jugs of Sangria. Decor is a bit shabby but seats are comfy.

GREAT LITTLE HOTEL WITH LOVELY STAFF

Great little hotel in Old Town. Very clean, staff really friendly and rooms better than expected with a nice string shower.
Only problem here was the noise, a few bars outside and some noisy guests but you expect that in Benidorm. The lift could also be problematic especially during the rooftop bar opening hours as it was very slow and we found ourselves waiting quite a while on several occasions and had to go up and down 5 flights of stairs, so could be an issue if you have mobility problems.
Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

what a great little gem this place is right in heart of old Benidorm breakfast was excellent full English and a lovely rooftop bar with great views
dee dee and rest of the staff were lovely and helpful would defenetly come back here in future
