Excellent all round Fabulous place to stay in

This is 5 star accommodation it’s spotless the Staff are so friendly and helpful. I felt really safe, beach 4 minute walk everything else is all around you can’t recommend this place just Book it and see for Yourself it made My time in Benidorm so stress free and enjoyable

OLD AND ALOT OF BANGING DOORS!!!

The apartment was very dated and could do with alot if TLC. The problems I had only 1 chair on the balcony! Filthy walls and cupboards all chipped! TV was a waste of time unless you spoke Spanish! most annoying thing was folks banging doors until 2-3am happened every day I was there and woke me up! Would never stay here again! Internet suddenly went off even though they said whole if benidorm is currently without it then I went down the road to cafe internet is fine! Last 2 day's no WiFi so ended up buying data. AVOID!

Triple room... Lie..

Stayed here with 2 friends and booked via booking.com
The triple rooms are not shown, and i know now why...
If i had seen picture s of this room i would never have stayed here.The room we got was like a prison cell.Window s had bars looking into a wall.No doors on the wardrobe as looked like been ripped off also no key chains on room doors for security..
Very old 80s bedsit type rooms
Complained to staff who are all nice at reception .But I got absolutely nowhere
.So avoid the triple rooms at all costs. They need serious updating.we were sold a lie via Booking. Com .Rooms shown.As an all.sites double room pictures and modern.Room we got was awful . The place is clean, and the beds were comfortable. The only good thing I will say
Staff are nice but no english or pretend they have none.You pay deposits for loan of hairdryer etc.As not in the rooms as standard. My friend said that it is an 80s hoste ar best.

Perfect room

Just back from a 3 day stay no problem with the room it suited me staff friendly and helpful even had a balcony to people watch
