Magnificent residence.

Very nice experience.
Very well maintained and well equipped residence (swimming pool with several pools, jacuzzis, basketball court, football, tennis court, cinema room, yoga room, weight room).
The bar facing the pool, which allows you to drink a good homemade cocktail directly in the water, was very pleasant.
Parking available on site.
Modern, well-equipped apartment (several televisions, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer).
An update on cleanliness, particularly limescale and tartar in the bathrooms, should be made.
Small negative point also, despite the heat, a light duvet would be nice, we only had a duvet cover to sleep on.
The residence is not in the center of Benidorm, but taxis are regularly available to take you there (10 minutes by car, 30 minutes on foot).
The beach in front of the residence is relatively uncrowded during the month of August and is quite clean.
Finally, the responsiveness of the staff, whether before arrival or during the stay, is a real plus. We had direct contact with a member of staff who supported us in all our steps, thanks to her!
An establishment that I highly recommend.

LUXURY APARTMENTS BUT BE CAREFUL IF YOU BOOK IT WITH IMMOBILIARIA NUÑEZ

I already had an opinion about these apartments last year, so it is obvious that I loved them and that is why we repeat. The entire resort itself was great, but I wanted to negatively review the real estate agency that managed our apartment in 2023, Inmobiliaria Nuñez, through Booking. First, we had to go to the offices in the center, so from Vilajoyosa Avenue where the apartments and offices are located in the center in a pedestrian zone, 1 hour round trip, with an already long trip from our hometown. Then, there was a lack of kitchenware and, as usual, the old and scratched pans made it impossible to cook, in addition to not having cloths, soap and a scouring pad for scrubbing (then they expect the apartments to be cleaned). We asked them for it and it seems that they were bothered by bringing it, in addition to being stunted (look at the photo I posted). In short, for what they charge and earn, it seems like a bad service in its entirety. When we arrived the first day after taking the keys, we ran into the cleaning lady, so we had to wait to start enjoying the apartment.

SHOCKING DO NOT USE

I haven’t got enough room to put everything down. Air Con not working / Doors hanging off / Water leaks.
Sonneil Rentals were a nightmare and offered no help saying they would be fixed in 7 days. We were only booked for 10 days. We had to find new accommodation extended family of 9. Shocking Company and the resort is residential. No Restauraunt, can’t take drinks to pool area, no loungers. Rubbish.

Good stay

Clean and spacious apartment with decent views, near to a nice restaurant down on the beach.
Nice pool and a gym (although didn’t actually use that)
Benidorm old town is about a 15-20 min walk away, and the strip is a 10-15 min cab ride away.
Bar by the pool was also nice enough
Night security guard was a bit aggressive though when we were trying to find our apartment after a night out.

Your choice will be a poop stinking appt. Or a filthy appt.

The first room had an air on malfunction. So we had to move. Pack up all our stuff and loose half a day. They moved us to an apartment we could not stay the rest of our vacation. The appt was beautiful, but it smelled like an open sewer. When we complained we got the most unsettling answer “ this happens always when it is Bussum” ( min you, we were moved to the penthouse apartment with a night rate of several hundreds of euros). They was no alternative space, so we had to stay in our poop smelling appt. Then we had to move again because the poop appt was booked. The air on in our original appt. Was still broken. So we got another apartment. An apartment with no adequate furniture and plain filthy ( see pictures). That was the point that we decided to leave early.
