Super good
The room was very cool. The hotel is very well connected.
The best part, the reception service; I want to thank them for taking such good care of us, with an extra effort that wasn't even their responsibility. They solved a parking problem for us that wasn't theirs and saved us, thank you very much.
The breakfast the next day was wonderful.
I would return without a doubt.

Good hotel to go to without a car!
Although it offers parking service, the available spaces are very scarce for the number of rooms, just as the space designated for breakfast becomes small.
Special thanks to one of the people (who did not have identification) at the front desk for the empathy and help.

A Practical Base for Exploring Bilbao
The location made getting around easy. It’s only a few minutes’ walk from Bilbao Intermodal, which is convenient for airport buses and regional transport. Gran Vía and many of Bilbao’s main attractions are also within walking distance or easily reached by public transportation.
As with most ibis Budget hotels, the rooms are simple and functional. The bathroom has an unusual layout, with the shower and toilet in separate spaces and the sink located in the room. Basic toiletries, including soap and shower gel, are provided.
We found the hotel clean throughout our stay, and the reception staff were friendly and welcoming.
If you’re after a reasonably priced, well-located hotel and don’t mind a no-frills setup, this is a reliable option for a few nights in Bilbao.
