A great choice

We needed an accommodation for a family event and hit the nail on the head. Great location, good price, quality.

Emergency telephone

The hotel is very good, it is quite close to the center and clean. The receptionist's attention on arrival very well but on Sunday they have no reception and to that I think they would have to give it a spin as customers staying on Saturday are quite thrown away.
I wanted to call to answer a question but no one answered the hotel phone and I couldn't find another number to call at the hotel.
I think if you have clients in the hotel you should have a number that they can call in case of emergency, doubt or whatever, because if something happens to you you have no one to ask for help.

Hotel and room very modern and functional, the room not very large but not missing anything, large double bed and high and comfortable mattress. The perfect stay, lovely staff and very attentive recommended us the walk to the edge of the river to reach La Cartuja, beautiful place. Perfect stay

hotel NOT SUITABLE for people with REDUCED MOBILITY

Last weekend we were four friends, one of them with reduced mobility. I made the reservation by phone explaining and requesting information to access the room adapted for PMR. They told me that they had two elevators and that there was no problem with wheelchair access.
We arrived there and found that at the hotel reception, beautiful and modern, what was there was a small lift (77cm wide x 105cm long, with an 80cm door) behind a lovely two-span iron staircase to access the first floor.
The second option, the elevator (small dimensions like those of the 60s, 87 cm wide, 94 cm long)) is in a portal of a community of neighbors (approx. 20 homes) 10 meters on the same sidewalk, with an impossible access for wheelchairs because of the configuration of the portal (beautiful, old).
They could have told us this reality when I explained our needs, since one of us was riding a scooter.
There we tell you that to put the adapted hotel symbol the person with reduced mobility has to be able to move in all the spaces of the establishment until they can reach their room and bathroom.
The adapted room also does not have enough space for it.
We regret that the information they show on their website and that they personally gave us in telephone communication is not sincere with the reality of the hotel or with the needs of PMR.

Two night stay

First of all I wanted to congratulate the girl who was in reception, we went for a nursing congress and the girl helped us with the suitcases and food we were carrying. Very clean rooms, and very comfortable beds. The location could not be better, 6 min from the cathedral.
