Good place to rest
Well located close to the cathedral, pla,a major, contemporary art center, good views of the Santamaria arch, next to the boulevard, central pleasant temperature to sleep, despite the cold that was in the street, pleasant treatment and very comfortable

Run away!
Hotel displayed 3 stars... in reality, we are very far from the minimum acceptable.
The room was in a simply undignified condition: visible dirt, feeling of total abandonment, clearly neglected hygiene. The bathroom crosses an additional step into the unacceptable: unusable shower, pierced hose, impossible to wash. We are not even talking about comfort anymore, but about basic conditions not respected.
The most shocking thing is the hotel’s attitude: no change of room, no solution, no assumption of responsibility. Total indifference to a problem that is obvious.
And to top it all off, the night was billed without actually being honored, without any refund. Charging for a non-existent service under such conditions is simply unacceptable.
This property clearly does not belong with a 3-star rating. You should absolutely avoid.

Dire communication to customers, with consequences
Two days before I go, I receive a message that the reservation (made two weeks before) is cancelled because the card is not valid (being the same one I use for hotels, including this one on previous occasions and possibly taken the number wrong on your part). I call to solve it and they tell me that they have not been able to contact me by phone because they lacked it, which is strange because I provided it when making the reservation. I would also like to point out that the same way they used the mail to report the cancellation, they could have used it to report the problem.
The fact is that they no longer have accommodation and, despite their interest in being able to stay, they can only offer me one of the two nights of my stay in the city, so I am forced to refuse and look for other accommodation (more expensive because I am only two days away from my stay).

Tremendous location
To visit Burgos you don't need anything else, enviable location, small but comfortable room, clean and modern, Angela's attention in reception very good, in the evening the other girl was very attentive and friendly! We'd come back without thinking...

Room deception
The room very small. Very expensive to be the attic. You had to watch your head. The roof window didn't close properly. Lots of noise and plenty of heat. In-room trash can filled with trash from previous guests. They only give you one key per room. Not even in the sky. A lot of clarity because there is a small curtain that does not remove the light when Dawn I do not recommend it. It is better any Inn for the same price. They don't give you a solution at reception. You hang in there. We had to ask for the air conditioning to be turned on because I had it turned off from reception. Very filthy. I don't recommend it. They should describe the type of room you're going to pay for, so you know what you're up against. I feel ripped off because I've paid so much for the kid I've had. I'm not coming back.
