Unfortunate experience

We arrived at the hotel at 12.30 am and they were out of power because of an external breakdown. Please note that until 2 pm we cannot check in. We decided to go to lunch and visit Plasencia and so we would arrive in the afternoon and the breakdown would be solved. We arrived at 6.30pm in the afternoon, the breakdown was still the same without power or water. They give us neither compensation nor solution simply that we expect. The light comes an hour later. The room was dirty and the terrace with a lack of amazing cleaning and maintenance. The next morning we went down to breakfast and when we entered the buffet we didn’t know whether to laugh or cry, food shortages, bad presence and I found it crappy. We had to go to breakfast outside. The attention of one of the reception staff was edge. Unfortunate the experience certainly not back

It was a terrible experience shared by all of us who were

We were a big group for an event. The cistern and hot air were not working. We said it and nobody was coming to fix it. In the end we asked for the room change and we got a better one.
The elevator would break down every time people got on or off and we would have to climb the stairs with our bags.
Breakfast is scarce. There was hardly any fruit or variety
The two dinners we had there with the group were terrible. The fish must have been cooked frozen because it was all watered up. Hardly anyone ate it.
The staff quite dry and not in the mood to solve the problems.
The 4-star rating is a fallacy. I wouldn't give you more than 2.
I don't recommend it at all

Very Improveable Restoration

Many services are missing. The cafeteria has very limited hours and only one type of wine. Unbelievable.
It has a huge kitchen... but it's closed.
The food they offer is catering and regular.
At dinner on the first day almost no one tasted bite, at a table of 14 people. An unrecognizable paste with suspiciously flavored peas and an inedible fish (emperor, they said).
There are no eggs at breakfast. Not cooked or scrambled, not fried. That's a ****?
Finally, the waiters cannot be said to be nice precisely.
Not recommended.

Las vistas horribles, que es difícil en valle de jerte’ ventas sucias, secador roto con cinta aislante, bañera con desconchones, cortinas rotas , desayuno muy regular tortilla del día anterior, zumo de bote, mantequilla mi bar vacío, el hotel tuvo tiempos mejores. El personal agradable
