Wonderful
My partner and I stayed at Bonavista apartments for 4 nights and absolutely loved it there. So much so that we ate in three nights of our visit there to make the most of this cute apartment and stunning views. We had a beautiful little little terrace with wonderful views and our own entertainment from the hotel below which we really enjoyed. And also a smaller terrace from the main bedroom. We initially booked a one bedroomed apartment but were actually given a two bedroomed apartment which came in really handy for putting our things. The apartment comes well equipped with everything you need. The hosts were very pleasant and the apartment was clean. The swimming pool is lovely also and there are local supermarkets close by. The walk to the beach was only about 10 minutes and kept us fit. We just so enjoyed the views from the terrace. You do have to buy your own salt and pepper and oils and vinegar and butter if you're thinking of eating in as we did and we left what we didn't use. It was just such a lovely place to come back to after being on the beach or exploring the surrounding area as we did. There is parking provided which was a plus and we will definitely stay there again and ask for the very same apartment number 4 and would highly recommend these apartments. Cala galdana is beautiful.

Not worth the price
140.- euros per night at the beginning of June, the apartment is not worth this price, the owners go overboard on the price, only because the view from the small terrace is magnificent. Inside the furniture is old, not super clean, the kitchen is not equipped, gas stove; fridge and microwave that's all. Not even the minimum for cooking...be careful, you really have to buy everything, even toilet paper.
And no household products for daily cleaning.

On 6th May 2023 I booked accommodation for a family holiday on 6th July 23 directly on the Menorca Bonavista website. I chose the more expensive 'flexi' rate to avail of the cancellation options.
As per the cancellation terms I was allowed to cancel free of charge before 6th June 2023. On 26th May 23 (11 days before cancellation period ended) I sent an email to Bonavista stating very clearly that I wished to cancel my booking. I received an immediate email response from Bonvista confirming that my booking had been cancelled and that no charge would be applied to my card.
On 9th June 23 my credit card was charged €2,042.50 by Bonavista!!!! I contacted them straight away assuming it was a simple error.
But no, they denied that I had cancelled even though I received an email from them stating I had cancelled. They said that cancellations need to be made through their website. However, there is no indication of this on their website or the booking confirmation email. And if this was the case why didn't they tell me to do this when I emailed them on 26th May 23 to cancel? I still had 11 days to follow a different process if they wanted me to.
Bonavista are hiding behind a cancellation process which they deliberately make difficult to find and follow. In fact it is nowhere to be found on their website, terms and conditions, or booking confirmation.
Bonavista acted deceitfully in charging my card after they acknowledged my wish to cancel the reservation and confirmed my credit card would not be charged.
Beware of this accommodation provider!!!!

Everything was perfect!
Just spent a week at the Bona Vista, and it was a pleasure from start to finish. The apartment catered well to a family of 5, with access to all the wonders Cala Galdana has to offer with absolute ease. The pool also provided tremendous amenity, and was fantastic fun.
The icing on the cake for this accommodation however is the view. The scene from the balcony across the Cala Galdana bay is one that will live with you always as something of unparalleled beauty. The hotel name is no boast, it is a fact. Can't wait to come back!

Estancia agradable para vacaciones en familia.
Apartamentos muy bien situados, tipo duplex, espaciosos y con menaje completo.
Buenas vistas a la cala y buena piscina sin masificar. Muy recomendables.
