Surprisingly Very Good
Stayed in May 2026 with my wife and 6yr old. As the accommodation is marked as a 2 Star I feared the worst, but couldn’t have been more surprised at the cleanliness and attention to detail shown around the complex.
Set in a good location, around 20 minutes walk to the nearest highlife and around 5 minutes walk to the supermarket. A 10 minute taxi gets you into Ciutadella which is beautiful and a must- visit.
Hotel rooms are basic with old furniture but the bed and pull-out bed were both comfortable and all appliances worked well.
Rooms cleaned daily to a very high standard.
Pool area is also jetwashed daily and the pool is regularly cleaned and ph checked. Even the trees and gardens around the complex are manicured to perfection - they really do look after the place.
All the staff, from reception, to restaurant, to cleaners were exceptionally polite, friendly and helpful.
The food at the pool bar/restaurant was better than anything we had at local restaurants that week. Reasonably priced too.
Lovely atmosphere around the pool and lots of space to sunbathe.
Minor downsides:
1. No air con in the rooms but there was a ceiling fan in the bedroom and a portable fan in the living room, which were adequate for comfortable sleep.
2. Wifi is limited in the rooms but much better around the pool area.
3. (Very minor) Reception was closed when we checked out so I didn’t get my €20 deposit back for the room safe. I have emailed the hotel but received no reply.
An in all we absolutely loved our week here and will definitely go back again.

RATHER GOOD.
Apartments with full services and very well located, a very quiet and family-friendly place, they are a bit outdated but very clean, totally recommendable, the waiters in the café are super friendly, in short, a good place.

The facility offers a nice pool and a restaurant available for breakfast and lunch.
My apartment was in block three, on the ground floor, facing the garden.
The apartment is spacious, with a kitchenette, equipped with everything needed for cooking.
Spacious bedroom and bathroom.
The bathroom has a shower and bidet.
There is no air conditioning, but there is a ceiling fan in the bedroom.
Present balcony with a table and drying rack.
Spacious parking in front of the hotel or on the street.
Wi-Fi is functional, but it needs to be reactivated occasionally, as it does not do so automatically.
The hairdryer can be requested at the reception, with a deposit of €10. In 5 minutes on foot, you can reach Cala en Blanes beach, while the town of Ciutadella is a 10-minute drive away.

Sadly its changed for the worse!
3 years we've been coming here and we WILL NOT be returning. The children are constantly told off by lifeguard. No Balls No Inflatables and definitely NO FUN allowed in the pool.
Should definitely change to an adults only hotel really is no longer the family friendly complex it once was.

Recommended for families
Excellent cleanliness, apartments with everything necessary for the small kitchen (there is even a hygiene kit), in the bathroom soap dispensers, towels, and sheets that are changed every other day, excellent! Beautiful and well-maintained pool, the bar/restaurant is also excellent, cocktails are top-notch
