Great ho(s)tel

Great accommodation, new bathrooms, comfortable beds!
Breakfast great, it's fresh and you find everything you need!
You have to know that it is a bit clairvoyant (I heard the snoring next door) so this might not be suitable for those seeking peace in the high season.
Very friendly staff and friendly owners!
I would definitely come back!

Avoid this place.

Only booked because it was the last option last minute. The woman at the front desk was sarcastic, condescending and made us feel unwelcome from the moment we arrived. Asking for extra towels got me a rude ‘you get what you pay for’ before she reluctantly handed them over. Noisy AC, unstable balcony, no hooks in the bathroom, loose shower fixture, constant toilet noise. Even at a low price, this was an awful experience. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Great staff!

We stayed there for few days in the summer. We had some contact with the host beforehand, and we were provided with all the important information. We arrived very late at night. Young gentelman just handed us the key to our room, and he said to come back after the breakfast to sort out the payment etc. It was great, as we were so tired, and we really wanted out bed. This gentelman spoke Spanish, German and English. Wow! I think there could be some information said on the check in like what time and where is the breakfast etc, or maybe a small information card in the room . but this is only small thing. Breakfast was quite simple continental selection, but was fresh and vey good choice of products, and replenished regularly by the very nice elder lady from the kitchen. Every staff member we came across was exceptionally nice. Overall the place had a great location, close to everything in Cala Ratjada. We had a mixed feelings about the room.. Size of the rooms was perfect. Bathroom was clean and in good size. Whole room was clean and very basic. We had only 1 socket in the room and one in the bathroom, which was not ideal, but I'm sure the staff would be more then happy to privide us with extra adapter or something. The only problem with the room we experienced, was the temperature. It was extremelly hot at night, and we were both really strugelling to sleep. We had to keep the balcony door open, which made it even harder to sleep, as I was terified to sleep with the door wide open. This is the only reason we had mixed feelings. Everything else was good. Maybe would be good idea to invest in to some quiet fans for the rooms? Or maybe there was an option but we didnt ask? We really enjoyed our stay there and I think we will be back next year. Thank you :)

Super friendly and helpful staff

Me and my girlfriend stayed there for 2 nights in a very cosy room, everything was nice and clean. They even changed the sheets and the towels, even that we were only for 2 nights, pretty nice. The lady on the receptions is so fiendly, she gave us recomendations for amazing places, let us borrow some beach umbrellas. On the next trip to Majorca, will come back here again !

Best in Class

Ticks all the boxes as a comfortable, clean, well-run seaside hotel.
Juan Carlos ("como el Rey d'Espana!") and Maria were very welcoming hosts. Very Spanish, with a mainly German clientele - guests would offer a "morgen" as they came in for breakfast. You could set Fawlty towers here, except it wasn't in any way Faulty.
The breakfast was a very nice surprise; bathroom was newly renovated and well-done.
