Run or throw up, you have to choose
I almost fainted when I saw the state of the room. No cleaning had been done. The ground was covered with dust and suspicious stains, so we didn't dare walk barefoot.
The beds were so dirty that I had to sleep on my bath towel (hair, orange/red stains on the sheets...).
What about the bathroom? Well, it's impossible to wash. The bathtub was dirtier than it would have been in an abandoned house. Hair everywhere, abominable stains... In short, bathing in the sea is much more hygienic.
Oh yes and important detail: there is no reception. This Pension is a ghost Pension. We have to go to the 4-star Pension across the street who doesn't care about our complaints about the state of the room. Not to mention the room, which inspires anxiety and claustrophobia.
Conclusion: run away, even for this Award, it is better to sleep on the beach.

We didn’t end up staying here as the room was in bad condition with the fan in the ceiling loose with the cables visible we felt unsafe sleeping under that and it provided 0 air the room was so hot and humid and this unsafe fan did nothing- also a lizard in the wall. we ended up going to the hotel ( owned by the same team as this B&B) and apart from the rude manager Named Porto who insisted on charging us more than his colleague who had told us a different price when we had to move due to the unsafe room in this B&b .!it was a much better hotel and most important had air conditioning

Minimalista accomodation
Great accommodation suitable for minimalists (a clean bed and a roof over your head). In general, the structure should be provided with more furnishings. Common areas (two terraces) that can be used even if they could be better organized and cleaned even in low season. Interesting combination with the services of the nearby Hotel Na Forana (use of the outdoor swimming pool, sun loungers, solarium, buffet breakfast, indoor lounge + terrace overlooking the sea directly on the beach). (the breakfast is excellent but the fruit should be presented better, not so coarsely cut and could be more varied) a fresh fruit salad would certainly be appreciated. Attentive and quick staff in resolving any setbacks. Receptionists kind and attentive to the needs of the customer. Varied animation even if the volume limiter to the music system should be ABSOLUTELY ELIMINATED. The entertainer is friendly and nice.

Food service
We weren't asking or even expecting much, for what we paid. Breakfast was included in our price for a 3night stay in, so far so good. Once you realise breakfast hours are from 7/8 to 10 o'clock, in a hotel with plenty people, with such tiny terrace, things don't add up. Regardless the time gap and the space issue (and more now with covid-19), the service has been one of the most unorganised things I have witnessed. As soon as you sit down, you have Marta (short lady with dark hair), who works alone, giving you the cloth, plate, cutlery, 2 pastries and orange juice. The 4rth morning she threw the stuff on the table, stating she was very tired, and then apologised. But she has had quite a passive response for everything we asked, (from internet in hotel, room service, to asking information about the place and surroundings). Every morning we used to go down to have breakfast at about 9.30 am, well she had to throw her passive-agressive comment about closing in 30min.
In every single breakfast, she forgot always something: spoons, sugar, oil, salt, yoghurt... We had to ask every single time for those things, and she came and threw them down on the table, apatic to everything. This is no way to serve and act in a hotel, no matter how busy, empty, big or small.
One last thing: the order and organisation of the breakfast serving was literally incredible. She began serving the coffee, withou spoons or sugar, then the pastries, then bread with everything under(salt sugar pepper and whatnot), and then a plate of fruit and cold meat(all mixed together).
Honestly you have to live it to understand what a nuissance was and how much of a bad mood could you get in an early morning.
P.s: don't ever ask for tomatoes, they will come in 4 days once you ask for them.

The staff were very rude and would only communicate to us in Spanish. The room was damp and smelly Also checkout time was 11:00 but it did stop the staff knocking hard on our door at 9.00am to remind us off checkout time.
