18-30s style rave every afternoon

Beautiful hotel, they have made real improvements with hotel rooms and dining area. The pool has had a lovely refurbishment too. The pool however is like traveling to hell. Music blasting out from areas. Bose speakers dotted around the pool area which would be great for an 18-30 in ibiza but not for a relaxing family holiday. You cant hear yourself think let alone the person on the sun loungers next to you. Multiple people asked for the 2 weeks for them to turn the music down. Male entertainer, said it needed to be loud and actually turned it up. He was so rude and obnoxious. No wonder the pool area is absolutely empty most of the day. Who in their right minds would sit being blasted to death by music all day. The only time the music is not playing is before lunch when the pool and loungers are in complete shade. Every single guest I spoke to was complaining. We wont ever return based on this alone, the pool is a huge part of our holiday and was unusable. If it was good music I wouldn't be as bothered but hardcore rave music at 3pm in the afternoon is not my idea of relaxation.

Great room and wonderful balcony view.

I booked a room from 5th December to 10th December 2025.
I arrived early and the room was ready for me to check-in early with no early charge.
The reception was very friendly and vert helpful regarding minor issue with the TV getting sorted
I was on the 4th floor with wonderful balcony view of the beach and famous rock.
Everything was 1 to 10 minutes walk including beach/prominant, pubs restaurants, supermarkets, retail shop.
I would definitely recommend staying there as walking to the other attractions like the old town, famous rock are easily accessible and not to far to walk.

Quiet week

We stayed here in August 2025, the rooms are quite dated, but it’s a room
For sleeping so no big deal really just a bit worn.
The hotel itself was lovely, staff were helpful and friendly.
The lifeguard was friendly and found us sunbeds on our first day when it was quite busy. He did remove towels during the week but this was people who had been gone for hours and we never struggled to get a sunbed during the week as it was quite quiet.
No big inflatables in the pool as there just isn’t enough room when it’s busy but the beach is right outside to use them anyway.
The guests were mainly Spanish, but again this isn’t a bad thing and we had a lovely quiet week here.
Right on the beach which was a lovely beach.
Food could be repetitive but was all fine, we only ate out once.
The lion king show was amazing ( the part we seen because our 6year old was tired)
Overall we had a nice quiet week here and we probably would come again if we were visiting calpe.

Never again

I booked via booking.com believing all paid upfront all taxes paid. Told later 150 to be paid on arrival. I complained. Appears my complaint was serious and my booking was cancelled.
Been 6 times before never will again .
Beware hidden damage security fees might take your holiday budget. Should be taken at point of payment.
