Disappointing

Hello, this is the 3rd year we have gone there, never disappointed, but this time yes; when there are no issues it is fine, but this time the AC was leaking heavily, we notified them but no response; we had plugged the electric cooler underneath, so the cooler was obviously ruined, message sent but no response, we spent a very bad night without the AC.

Deception and lousy attention

I feel cheated.
Dismal customer service.
Very informal, they ignore customers on purpose, and offer no solutions to their mistakes.
I was completely screwed up with my partner and I haven't even received an apology.
I booked a Hidro room with tantra armchair and was given a room without armchair and with shower tray.
I also specified that it was only for a few hours and I have been charged the full rate, and 10€ more expensive than they indicate on their website.
I contacted to claim and 15h later they still do not answer, either on WhatsApp or by mail.

Horrible!! When we arrived the room was as cold as snow..The loose bathtub trims..we weren't even given a key to lock when entering the room! The heating was very bad the only good esq in the room was a coffee maker with capsules for 4 coffees

Perfect room very clean big bed and so on
But we arrived and half an hour for the reception.
The air doesn't work and tpc fixed it
Tpc have d.bar service, told us boy q to go to the bar opposite haha
And a lot of noise x corridors and so on.

Very unhappy

Very unhappy.
Despite a good stay on Saturday September 9, 2023.
The problem arose later during payment.
I was debited 50 €, an amount which corresponds to the night which I do not dispute, but I was debited again 4 x 54 € for a total of 216 €.
I made a first complaint on September 19 by telephone and email.
Having not heard from them, I contacted them again on October 18 where they confirmed the following message on WhatsApp: "After speaking with accounting, tomorrow we will reimburse the amount invoiced in error. Hotel Cies, we would like to sincerely apologize for this error and we will correct it as soon as possible."
Since then, I have still not been reimbursed and despite my reminders, they no longer even answer me.
I hope this message gets them to react, because it's not serious at all.
