Basic, clean apartments with outstanding kids club

We stayed at these apartments as a family of four with two children 5 & 7 years old and had a really lovely holiday. The rooms were very clean, spacious and well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It made travelling with children much easier.
The pool area was excellent – a great size for both adults and children, and there were plenty of sun loungers available, so we never struggled to find somewhere to relax.
The absolute highlight of our stay was the kids club. Millie and Pab were fantastic with the children and made such a huge effort to keep them entertained throughout the holiday. Our kids had an amazing time, looked forward to the activities every day, and were genuinely sad to leave. They are already asking when we can come back!
Overall, this was a brilliant family-friendly apartment complex with clean accommodation, great facilities and an outstanding kids club. We would definitely return and would highly recommend it to other families with children.

Exceptional stay in Santa Ponsa

We enjoyed our stay at Holiday Center. The apartments are very functional, renovated, clean, nothing to say. The pool is very good with lots of deckchairs available. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is exceptional.

Lovely Apartment and nice staff. ....We'll be back!

Arrived very tired after a delay, but the nice welcome at the hotel definitely lifted our sprits, and the reception man managed to get us into our room straight away. We;d booked a pool view and glad we did because it was where all the action was at and easy for the kids. The room was good. Very clean and well set out with a separate bedroom/bathroom and open plan kitchen/dining area. It was simple and functional which is what we wanted with 2 small kids. Cleaners came in every other day and did a good job. We'll be back.

Brilliant week in Santa Ponsa

We’re just back from a brilliant week at the holiday centre and I’d highly recommend it
Staff brilliant, place is immaculate and location is ideal for all the bars and amenities Santa ponsa has to offer

We stayed here in 2024 and decided to come back when we realised they had built another pool.
The thing that put us off the last time was the lack of sunbeds, unfortunately the extra pool has not sorted this and we didn't get beds one day.
I would recommend they invest in 5 or 6 extra sunbeds as there is plenty of space for them now.
As last time the room was very nice and a decent size, very clean and tidy with great aircon.
The bar staff were lovely and very quick at serving.
We've already booked for 2027 and hopefully they will have more beds by then!
