No better hotel
This is our 2nd year staying at this hotel as a family of four. This hotel is amazing in all aspects. Staff are friendly and helpful and go out their way to ensure your stay is a good one. Alicia and the bar & chefs are amazing. Nothing is ever a hassle and always have a smile on their faces. Lukasz and Jan, the entertainment staff are amazing, they go above and beyond and take the time to get to know all the kids and adults. We would recommend this hotel 100%. Cannot wait to return again next year.

Humiliated and disappointed
As we entered the room, the entire floor was wet, my toddler slipped n fell. We used a towel to dry the floor and were shocked to see the amount of dirt n filth that could be seen on the towel. I went and told reception but the staff member was very unhelpful. She didn't even ask about my child, not even offered to have it released until I insisted. We waited 45 minutes before approaching a cleaner outside to come and clean the floor properly - even she was shocked at how a colleague could leave it in that state. I was wearing a full sleeved swimsuit top and long bottoms - a full body swimsuit but was approached by a worker to say I cannot get into the pool with my toddler as i had to be wearing a bikini or 1 piece swimsuit. I explained that my attire was a swimsuit but the worker was very domineering and would not even let me speak. There was a lot of guests there and actually I was very offended and embarrassed. I went to hire a towel for my child and they gave me a filthy towel. I showed them this and the receptionist grabbed another and just handed it over without even an apology. I was not impressed by the service I received at all and felt disappointed especially as this was my family's first time at this hotel. I am still astonished as to how this hotel is 4 stars with all the dirt and grime I came across. I won't be recommending this hotel at all as they made me feel so uncomfortable regarding the swimsuit situation amongst everything else - if someone wants to cover their arms and legs they should be allowed to.
The Mini Club was out of use for the little ones too but not even mentioned at reception when I entered, however advertised on the website - this should be updated. A misleading hotel.

Spotless and friendly
Brilliant week away with the family.
Hotel was spotlessly clean as was the poolside. All staff were super helpful and friendly.
Lucasz the animation/children’s entertainer was the highlight of the trip for the family. He was amazing with the children and they are all asking to come back to see him again.
The football pitch was loved by my son.
Pool abit on the chilly side but we are early on in the year. A little walk (about 20/25 mins) to the main beach. But plenty to eat and drink nearby. Poolside snack bar has great food and range of drinks.
I was pleasantly surprised with the size of the 1 bedroom apartment for the 5 of us.
Only thing to be aware of, entertainment ends by 6pm and pool closes. Bar/snack bar closes at 7 so if you’re wanting a later evening you do need to go off site for it. All in all, amazing stay and we would definitely come back!

A relief
Firstly they were very accommodating following a Disaster start to our Holiday at Globales Nova Palma Nova, we were transferred here.
We were not disappointed !
Spotlessly clean, air con fully functional , pool area extremely clean as were all areas, food was great.
We finally got a holiday we really enjoyed and got what we paid for.
Santa Ponsa was a major upgrade to Palma Nova and we will be back
