I had an amazing stay at Hotel Octopus. Simple room but has everything you need for the price. Bed is comfortable, rooms are cleaned daily, big walk in shower with great water pressure. There is no wardrobe but there is a rack with hangers.
Breakfast at the cafe downstairs is absolutely delicious and so reasonably priced, staff are also very friendly.
Best part of it all is the location! Right at the main part of Can Picafort and literally steps from the beach and all the restaurants.
I saw some reviews regarding noise but that was not what I had during my stay at all, no noises at night, very quiet.
I would recommend 100% and will come back!

Great place to stay right in the middle of Can Picafort. No frills but for the price it was great.

Location close by to the beach, hotel deposit is exhorbitant and unwarranted for the type of rooms with nothing to claim in damage.

Great location on the main tree lined street close to shops and a very short walk to the beach a beach front shops/restaurants. Reception is a cafe with great cakes! The rooms/hotel was clean and tidy and had AirCon. Staff were helpful and friendly and spoke a little English. The room we chose had a balcony and twin beds with table and chairs which overlooked the trees which gave privacy from the street.

Feeling deceived... not everything is international tourism. We must also take care of national tourism.

The experience at this hotel has not been entirely good. We traveled as five people, two adults and three teenagers, and when we arrived, the first thing they asked for was a deposit of one hundred euros, which they said would be returned after we checked out of the hotel. We are still waiting for it to be returned. They also charged us tourist fees for five adults; when we changed hotels, we were informed that children do not pay fees, which made us feel deceived. We were given two rooms with two single beds and a two-seater sofa where they expected one of us to sleep. Regular sofa, not a sofa bed, without sheets or towels. We had to complain, and that is how they changed part of the family to another room. We had one room on the first floor and another on the fourth floor. A true mess. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT HOTEL AT ALL.

Estimada Anakisabel, en primer lugar, lamentamos su mala experiencia en nuestro hotel.
No dividimos turismo a nacional o internacional. Cualquier cliente es importante para nosotros.
Tambien hemos explicado sobre el bloqueo de fianza ( que lo tenias especificado en su reserva de Booking), que se ha desbloqueado al salir.. Sobre la tasa turistica, que lo paga y los turistas nacionales. Tenias el precio final en su reserva de booking, y no has pagado tasa de 5 adultos. 5 adultos por 5 dias, a 2,2€/dia, tendrias que pagar 55 euros de tasa, y nos has pagado este cantidad. Es facil de comprobar, por vuestro y nuestro lado.
Situacion con sofa cama, al veces pasa unos errores umanos, cosa que se solucionó al instante.
En todo el caso, gracias que no has olvidado de nosotros y has dejado su valoroso comentario.
