DO NOT STAY HERE

If I could give this 'hostel' less than 1 star I would. It SCARED us. It is located in a suspicious neighbourhood, and we did not even realise it was a hostel because there is no sign posting. It was an open kind of store front with about 50 buckets of clothes, a baby toddling about and a man smoking. The woman who booked us in was pushy and demanding. She made us write down our details in a notebook, including our home addresses which we have not been asked for before. We were shown to our 'room' by the woman through a dilapidated wooden door, up a thin, dangerous flight of stairs- please note that the door locks from the outside. The room was dank and dirty. It is one big room with about 9 beds in it. It was muggy and warm. There was blood on my bed- BLOOD. We only stayed for 5 minutes before literally running away. There was no one else there. I cannot describe the feeling of that place- criminal seems like an understatement. We ended up staying at a hotel for the night and leaving on the first train we could. DO NOT STAY HERE. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE.
