Absolutely fantastic hotel, close to the beach, old town.
Quiet. Clean good service.
Rooms, good size daily cleaning change towels. View excellent.

Very quiet all times of the day.
Service is good. Fridge was good addition to the room. Small adqueit bar serve drinks, tea and coffee. Small snacks.

Very good hotel
Friendly and helpful staff, reception open late in the evening.
Located in front of a beach and center easily accessible with ten minutes walk.
The only “flaw” Recommendation of the shutters or curtains a little thicker because in the early morning the sun wakes you up ..
Anyway if I return to Menorca we will definitely stay here!

HORRIBLE
We went for the feasts of San Juan, and they gave us a tiny room, which in the end changed us after claiming apart most face an inner duck and not with sea views as they say on their website, and being very edges in reception.
The elevator did not work on any day and they also had no intention of fixing it.
The minibar only works with the light card, therefore it was warm and smelled bad, and in the bathroom the drain was stuck.
We ordered 2 ices at reception and the very edge girl told us we would have to charge it, when the minibar does not cool.
Then by death we had to return before, and the reception ladies very edges and in bad ways that did not return anything, that this was what was there.
Hotel that only cares about boxing without caring about the rest.
I wouldn't come back, nor is it worth what they make pay, nor the treatment received.
