Such a lovely boutique hotel with slightly quirky decor.. but cute nonetheless. Breakfast yummy and staff were so helpful

Hotel of horrors
Dire experience in the hotel of horrors.
We were assigned a room at the old hotel. Horrific views of a dingy roof and the front the back of a ramshackle building. Unbearable smell of acrylic paint. When we complained they told us: ventilate, ventilate, ventilate. This is not the task of the clients, but of the cleaning staff supervised by the governor. A tiny cupboard with no doors, no drawers and only two shelves, the one at the top occupied by blankets and pillows. It is impossible to store the luggage of two people for a long stay (14 days) because due to the low night temperatures of the month of March it is necessary to bring warm clothes. One of the rickety windows wouldn't close. Cockroaches in the bathroom. Broken sink, completely rusty stopper chain and shower with obsolete curtain full of mold. Problem with the sinkholes which generated foul smell of sewage. Disastrous cleaning. I do not know if due to rotation, insufficient staff or lack of training. Very neglected exterior common areas. Fatal food. Tasteless and repetitive. What is left over at lunch is served again for dinner and vice versa. I won't repeat or recommend it. The worst spa I know. The bathing area needs urgent refurbishment.

Super pleasant!!!
This week I took my father with a program from IMSERSO... I was impressed by the environment and the facilities... My father is 90 years old and tells me that they help him a lot, even to get into the water. The staff is very friendly and they gave him a room very close to everything due to his limited mobility. The food was very good. It is his first time at a spa and he is delighted. He says that "not even in a 5-star hotel would he be so well treated." I take this opportunity to thank all the staff for their patience and help. I hope to live many years so that I can repeat this. Excellent.

Fun, food and birdsong.
My partner and I have had some really lovely stays at this Balneario. The staff are excellent. The surroundings are really relaxing. You can feel the years and years of caring and thought that went into making this spa the very special place it is. The only problem - the food is so good I will need to buy larger clothes to fit me when I return home.

Central reservation. DISASTER
Perhaps the setting, services and in general the spa are truly relaxing. But they're below zero in customer service. My family's been going for years. If it was up to me, I'd close it. I actually told them not to count on me to make any more reservations. The reservation department is lousy, the worst thing I've ever seen. He has no real name. It's nefarious, it's unhealthy, it's crawling, it's getting the worst of my instincts. My family (my aunts, mother, in-laws) at a certain age, try to leave everything arranged for their next stay, just after finishing leaving there, for the next year. I don't want to drag myself out; they do everything wrong.
But you send them emails, talk to them, etc. Nothing, whatever you say and agree on, is worthless. And paying of course in time and form each reservation.
As I said, if I sent them to another center. But, they like... I will have to pay with my health, having to try dozens of times to confirm the reservations. What a paradox...
