perfect for a family vacation

We have been here for 6 days and we loved it. The setting is super quiet. And it has a garden area with tables and chairs and a volleyball court. We came with a pet. And the place is perfect, the staff is super friendly. And it is very well located near everything. Does the hotel have a rural charm? Spectacular. The only negative thing is that it needs some renovation. We will surely return.

Unpleasant treatment

The price of expensive rooms, they need to be updated, especially bathrooms. The treatment of the director of the establishment quite unpleasant.
Breakfast was fine and gave you a choice of options.

Unkind treatment from the person who attended us on arrival.
Lack of cleanliness in the rooms. The high price for the service they give.
On the positive side the beautiful location where the Hotel is located and the tranquility.

I wouldn't come back.

My experience at this accommodation was disappointing, far short of our expectations. The rooms had an extremely strong damp smell, which was very uncomfortable.
Breakfast, besides being expensive, did not justify the price at all. In nearby villages you can find much richer and more affordable options.
Unfortunately, what surprised me the most was the lack of courtesy and professionalism of the owner. One day, my cousins’ daughter used the bathroom in my room, and the next day I received a WhatsApp message accusing me, rather abruptly and unkindly, of having put a girl to sleep in the room and breaking the rules of accommodation. I think the simplest and most appropriate thing would have been to contact me directly to clarify the situation instead of making assumptions and sending me messages in such an unpleasant tone.
The owner left me the Impression of being an inflexible person and unwilling to talk. I am aware that you will probably try to justify your behavior, as I have seen you do in response to other criticisms, but I think it is important to share my experience so that others can form their own review.

No hay escusas que valga, usted no puede por ningún motivo meter a un extraño no registrado en una habitación de hotel y como usted misma lo ratifica,
el hotel ha hecho lo que correspondía, que es tajantemente encarar el problema. Ahora viene por otra parte, se comprobó al hacer la limpieza ese día,
que para ir un momento al baño como usted dice, en el lavabo había 3 cepillos de dientes, uno de niño y un peluche.
El profesionalismo como usted menciona es hacerle la advertencia de lo que indica la ley de establecimientos hosteleros y ante la falta de educación no hay cortesía que valga.
Además, de ser hotel solo para adultos, los menores no pueden alojarse sin sus padre, salvo autorización legal de los tutores. Que tenga un buen día

Room okay, bathroom okay, personal friendly

Room okay, bathroom okay, personal friendly, breakfast okay. We arrived after a warm period when the weather turned rainy and humid. As a result the humidity in the room was very high, giving a damp feeling of sheets and towels. No restaurants nearby.
