Great location in a very nice neighbourhood, parking was easy on the property

The Photos Don't Reflect Reality Very disappointing experience.
Apartment 6 is clearly suffering from a serious lack of maintenance. Stained bed sheets, poor cleaning, dusty rooms, dirty walls and a dangerous rug that was lifting from the floor. We even had to buy our own bed sheets because we refused to sleep on the ones provided.
The problem doesn't stop inside the apartment. The outdoor areas are also neglected, and the swimming pool looks nothing like the beautiful photos used in the listing. The advertising is misleading: the pictures show a well-maintained property, but the reality is completely different.
We reported everything on the day of our arrival and provided photos. Despite promises, neither Genteel Home nor Booking.com offered any real solution or compensation.
I booked based on the photos and expected the quality advertised. Unfortunately, this property does not deliver. I cannot recommend staying here.

Aside from the apartment itself, which is new and well equipped, the building is beautiful, and the surrounding residential area is pleasant and well-kept. The cleaning staff was very kind and helpful. The welcome was excellent. A car is preferable, although it seems to be well-served by public transportation.

Beautiful building, with outstanding view from expansive deck space. Very nice neighborhood with plenty of amenities. Short drive to Centro Historico. Apartment very clean. Nicw outdoor garden and pool area to relax

Horrible smell of pipes, as well as dirty.
Very well-equipped and modern facilities. But it's a shame because the stay is horrible. The smell of sewer is permeated in all the rooms and even in the bedding. In addition to poor cleaning in general. Sofa upholstery and stained carpets
