A great hotel with friendly staff. The rooftop pool is lovely, and the food was good. The hotel itself is a little dated, but still good value for money.

DO YOU ALL. ARE YOU REQUESTING A 4-STAR HOTEL IN DOWNTOWN CÓRDOBA?

A scandal of a hotel that seems modern, well... it seems. I provide details: a weekend for a couple.
It is time to use the shower (which is a bathtub with a shower head). IMPOSSIBLE!!!! The faucet (the hot/cold mixing valve) is completely inoperable.
The water comes out scalding hot, it BURNS YOU!! It is impossible to mix with cold water.
The cold faucet has the cartridge coming out of the handle.
We complained at the front desk, and the typical irresponsible response from those reception girls, well-manicured nails, but incapable of putting themselves in the customer's place, who is the one that will feed them...: "I will mention it to my colleague..."
We also mentioned it to the cleaning staff, who confirmed that management is perfectly informed and aware of these faucet problems. Just like the room cleaning staff.
"And to specify to us... how well-informed the managers are, and how attentive they are to the reviews.
Can you ask for more from a hotel -regardless of the star rating- than to have a functioning shower in their rooms?
And especially in CORDOBA CAPITAL, where the average temperature exceeds thirty degrees!!!!

Friendly staff. Great reception and seating area. Ideal position, not far to walk to any part of the city. 3rd time at this hotel and always come back to it.

Good selection for breakfast. The drinks and food in the restaurant was very reasonable for dinner

The room was lovely and very spacious for wheelchair users. The staff where all very friendly and helpful all the time
