The hotel is beautiful. The location is ideal ( rigjt in the middle of old Córdoba). The staff was helpful and friendly. We stayed at a family room and it was spacious and clean. All in all, we loved this hotel

The management of Los Olmeyas was extraordinary! We felt welcomed and well taken care of. Of great help was their assistance in using public transportation (Google failed us) to get to their hotel. The departure was even more smooth!

Excellent hotel that's located in the center of Córdoba. The feel of the hotel was amazing with historical vibes and comfortable beds. Overall, I'd give the hotel a 5 star rating but unfortunately the Air conditioning did not work well during our stay - it was extremely hot at night. With a working A/C I'd highly recommend this hotel for location, cleanliness and overall feel.

Re: Parking
This review is specifically to inform those who may be traveling with a car and staying at this establishment. Hopefully it may help others avoid similar experiences to myself and the other reviewers sharing their negative experiences. *Agree with a Google reviewer who stated "Worst experience of our vacations in Andalucia"*
As directed by the hotel website instructions, I left my car to the side and walked to the hotel. Upon entering, the lobby was very full - the Front Desk Clerk was deep in conversation with 2 Italian gentlemen at the desk, followed in line by 2 females and myself (+2 in my party). Per the other reviews, the hotel is small, thus making the compact lobby quite crowded. Despite this, the Front Desk Clerk showed no urgency to acknowledge, greet or address the others waiting in the room (while I understand Spanish culture & cadence may not have same urgency as American pace, I feel it would fall under their scope as hospitality professionals to anticipate the situation to be unfolded as well as extend an acknowledgement regarding the wait). It's worth noting that a 2nd clerk was behind the desk going back and forth with errands. About 10 minutes or more of conversation and banter w/the Italians had passed when I 'jumped ahead' by voicing I had a car parked to the side of the street. The 2nd Clerk was directed to accompany me outside to lead me to the parking garage. Upon arriving at the car, 5 policemen were gathered around, in the process of assigning a ticket. Unfortunately, I do not speak Spanish and the 2nd clerk, after a few words with the officers, went back to the hotel leaving me to sheepishly wait alone. The 1st/Front Desk Clerk and a female Clerk came; words and hand gestures exchanged but to no avail. I was assigned an 80 euro ticket and 1) no apology was stated for the traumatic experience from purely following their instructions 2) despite discussion with the Front Desk Staff, I was told that it was a 'personal' matter and no 'fault' of the hotel despite faulty instructions - they refused to acknowledge their role in the matter and 3) in fact, I was instructed by the staff to 'ignore the ticket' since I was a tourist. The last of these compounds the notion that the hotel provides poor, questionable and faulty guidance. I had asked for the courtesy of a discount/dismissal of the garage parking fee and was extended a reduction in the fee. However, I trusted their directions which ultimately played a major role in getting this ticket. Upon returning from the trip, I learned that not paying the fee earlier has led to an administration fee from the car rental company (which, again, I could have avoided by paying the ticket in a timely matter and could have been encouraged to do by informed hospitality professionals). I was trying to respect the culture's pacing and perhaps it was poor judgement on my part to not voice earlier that my car was parked on the side; however, lesson learned & perhaps may be of use to inform others.

Ok. This one has good review but I was surprised that the room quality was below par. Toilet floor always wet because shower has leaks. Amenities are below standard
