Maximiano Herculeo is located near the center of Córdoba and its ancient monuments. Rooms feature air conditioning, a TV and a private bathroom. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. Pretty hotel, great value. Bedroom + bathroom very clean, José was very friendly and helpful.

Great price, clean & convenient

Great price, ie: very good value for the price. It was clean, lots of towels, Even a tub. Good lighting, nice staff. It is so Close to the train station , maybe a 200 meters? For our American friends, about 200 large steps very, Quiet. And a Good bed.

Everything you don't want in a hotel!

Let's start with the location. Much too far away from the old town to walk, unless you are a fit 30/40 year old, which means 11-13 euro per day for taxi, but you can park free of charge outside the door. The room had no outside window, no air conditioning and the only window opened up to an inside corridor! TV worked but no internet, except in a public patio. Price € 58 with no breakfast. There was not even the possibility of paying for a breakfast. There was no cafe, no bar and no restaurant nearby. One night was enough for us before we moved on. Saturday night in Cordoba

It is never a good idea to arrive in a city on Saturday evening. We managed to arrive not only on a Saturday night but also during the Feria de Mayo. Everything was booked and what we could find was overpriced. A desk clerk at the Hotel Oasis telephoned a friend who works at the Maximiano Herculeo to see if a room was available. There was one small room available and so we drove across town to see it. It was small but the desk clerk said he'd move us to a bigger room the next day and he did. We were very impressed with the hotel. It seemed as though it had recently been remodeled. It was very clean and the furniture was of excellent quality. There was an inner and outer courtyard. Added bonus - free parking for our rental car. Staff were helpful. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. Tip - skip the breakfast. It's not bad but not worth 4 euro.

Fine central location and very clean and helpful

Stayed just one night here and was charged a very reasonable 40 euros. The receptionist was very kind in keeping an eye on my motorbike which was parked just outside the hotel. The room was perfect, clean, modern and comfortable. Plenty of parking areas, quiet with a great local restaurant to the side and a pub nearby - [the locals were universally friendly]
Would strongly recommend and easy to find - opposite -[at some distance] the train and bus station. Really QUIET location, even so.
