First visit and definitely not the last
Just returned from a week here. First visit and definitely going back.
We were self catering and the apartment was perfect for us. Kitchen was well equipped including a coffee filter machine.
Facilities at the hotel were excellent too, well stocked small mini market including fresh baked bread and pastries.
Pools and pool bar area was always clean and plenty of sunbeds.

Great family complex close to the centre of the resort
I stayed here on a self catering basis as a single parent with my 3 children aged 12 (twins) and 14. This was our first visit to the island and we were not disappointed.
This hotel complex was great. Very friendly and helpful staff. We are in the restaurant twice during BBQ night and Spanish night. The food was amazing. So fresh and great choice.
Most mornings we got fresh baked pastries from the onsite shop.
The complex was clean, tidy and well maintained. We played the mini golf course, basketball and used the gym which was all free of charge.
The room itself was spacious and although basic had everything we needed to make simple meals. Beds were clean and comfortable and the apartment was cleaned daily.
The balcony was very large and the complex was quiet and peaceful in the evenings.
We hired a car whilst there and the parking at the hotel was free and secure.
The location for us was perfect. It was quiet but only 10 minute walk to shops, restaurants and markets.
Popcorn beach is about 15 minutes walk and the port about 30 minutes.
We would happily return to the resort again and highly recommend it.

Food is awful
This hotel is situated next to the water park and next to the main strip.. it’s clean and tidy and has adequate facilities for self catering guests the all inclusive is not at all worth the money, the food really is awful and you end up paying for everything as only the bare minimum is included in all inclusive (chicken nugget, chip, cheap spirits).. there are lots of amazing restaurants to choose from on the strip, but if your expecting to eat here you will be disappointed.. the pools are heated which is an added bonus.. the grounds and rooms lovely.. book here for a nice clean room and heated pool knowing your paying for restaurants every night or cooking.. in-fact maybe look for a villa..

Fantastic family holiday, thank you!
Fantastic hotel!
We stayed for a week, all inclusive, at the start of June.
Room was great, we were a family of 4, and had one double bed, and two on a sofa bed (that split into two singles). It was comfortable, and plenty of room. Small kitchenette and spacious bathroom. Small balcony area that was close to the pool.
Pools were lovely, 3 pools over all, that were open from 10:00 - 18:30. Plenty of lounge chairs, and no battle for them in the morning. Kids loved the pool, and they brought out a big inflatable slide / obstacle course on the Saturday, which was fun.
Food was good, they changed the theme every night (Asian, Mexican, bbq etc) Italian night was a fav, with stone oven pizzas. Lunch was much the same every day, with some small changes, but plenty for everyone.
Drinks - all inclusive drinks were self service soft drinks, beer, wine, sangria etc. All were good, although beer from a paper cup soon gets sad, but understandable when sat by the pool. Cocktails / spirits are available from behind the bar.
Location was ideal, 15 min walk to the beach, water park round the corner. There’s a small shop on site that is well stocked with groceries, ice cream, stuff for the pool, sun cream etc.
Staff were all friendly, room was cleaned regularly. We arrived around 12 and check in was at 5, but we managed to get in the room about 3 and could use the facilities - pool, get some lunch, store luggage etc, so that was great.
Entertainment every night from 8:30-10pm, which was a schedule of singers. Soul singers, acoustic night etc. These were mostly great.
Overall, fantastic holiday, thank you!
