Perfect location, the host was very kind at all times, warm, unbeatable price, I recommend it.

No seriousness and worse treatment

Watch out for this hotel: By mistake, bad faith or clue, they offer a room in booking at a very advantageous price, and then call and indicate that they do not have free rooms for the date Reservation given (reservation paid a priori and without possibility of refund) and that uf, that also "at that price, How had that happened'. Since I don’t accept to cancel it myself, losing the money (because they don’t even offer to refund the amount), they tell me they will see how to fix it.
Soon, I receive an email from Booking canceling my Reservation and announcing the refund of the amount paid in 14 days. Not a phone call or an apology from them. I am looking for accommodation again, for the dates indicated (20 to 21 August 2024) and What can I find? The room that supposedly wasn’t free, but this time at twice the price, both on Booking, and on the “hotel” website and Tripadvisor, who just showed me when writing this review.
I call the hotel and they deny it, they tell me I'm disrespecting them (ha ha ha, I'm watching it on two screens. Obviously I am upset but AT NO TIME INSULT nor disrespect supposedly do not deserve, until I indicate what they have done is a scam and hang).

The hotel was easy to get to. The guy at the front desk was helpful and pointed out a nice walking trail and good restaurants. The only problem we ran into was that they weren’t at the desk when we wanted to check-in and then he couldn’t be reached by phone. But after we came back a couple of hours later he was there.

More like a hostel than a hotel, paper thin doors and pillows. Good location and not much else. Rooms are dated, musty smell from little sunlight, and good lord can you heard everything from other guests coming and going at all hours of the night.

Good hotel to check out Viviero

Nice, small hotel with friendly staff. Good starting point to check out Viviero as city centre and other nice places are on walking distance. Hotel is comfortable and clean, breakfast is served at the bar.
