Lovely hotel, perfect if you want some rest and relaxation. Right on the beach with pool, restaurant and beach bar. Would stay over and over again. Drinks are a little bit expensive for Denia but it’s worth it :-)

Love the location, great rooms, especially the sea view balcony option.
Beach is great and the staff are friendly and helpful.
Downfalls.. food quality is average, breakfast, dinner and lunch all basic quality, which feels below the level for the hotel.
mistakes by lunch time restaurant staff. The same person made a mistake on a previous dinner too.

Beautiful hotel/service
Beautiful hotel in lovely quiet location. The staff were excellent, so helpful. Hotel was clean and very homely with lovely interiors. Based right on the beach for lovely morning/evening walks and views from balcony. Food was delicious with lots of choice.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. From the very first moment, we felt like we were in a truly special place, different from most hotels we have visited in Spain. It is one of those establishments that truly deserve their four stars, not just on paper, something that unfortunately does not always happen.
We want to especially highlight the kindness, hospitality, and professionalism of the staff, particularly the cleaning ladies, who do impeccable work and greatly contribute to making the stay so pleasant. Everything is perfectly organized, and the atmosphere is very welcoming.
The attention to detail is evident in every aspect: the presentation and uniformity of the staff, the constant attention to guests, the cleanliness, the decoration, and the excellent location of the hotel. The services are very well thought out to offer comfort and a relaxing experience.
Although the beach is not private and, therefore, there are no umbrellas or loungers belonging to the hotel, the experience feels almost like it is thanks to the tranquility of the surroundings and practical details like the beach chairs that the hotel provides for guests to use comfortably. These are small things that make a big difference.
If we had to mention one area for improvement, it would be the price of the breakfasts, which we would find more attractive if it were a bit more affordable. However, this has not posed any significant inconvenience, as there are several options for breakfast and lunch in the vicinity.
In short, a fantastic experience and a hotel we would return to without hesitation.

Terrible management and organization of the staff.
I have been going to this hotel almost every year since 2011 for a few days between May and June. One could say it was my personal paradise. However, this year's experience will prevent me from returning. Although the staff is extremely friendly, professional, and exquisitely polite, there is poor management and organization among the cafeteria and restaurant staff, which can lead to taking two hours to eat the daily menu, with twenty minutes between each course. It is unacceptable that Yolanda, the most experienced person in the service, is cleaning tables as if she were the last to arrive. The work should be distributed so that some take the order, others bring the drinks, and the waiters serve the table, as is logical in a hotel of this category. And the terrace staff should not be the same as the dining room staff. Thus, neither the dining room nor the terrace is properly attended to.
We mentioned all this to management, who made absurd excuses, and they did not even show us any courtesy, as long-time customers, such as inviting us for the last drink or giving us a gift, as has happened to us in other places when there have been problems of this type.
The hotel is fantastic, but if the service continues like this, it will not be a recommended place.
I reiterate my congratulations to Yolanda, the cleaning staff, and Fredy from maintenance, who treated us magnificently.
One suggestion: given that parking in the city is becoming increasingly complicated, it would be beneficial for the hotel to provide a shuttle service at least twice a day.
We mentioned all this to management, who made absurd excuses, and they did not even show us any courtesy, as long-time customers, such as inviting us for the last drink or giving us a gift, as has happened to us in other places when there have been problems of this type.
The hotel is fantastic, but if the service continues like this, it will not be a recommended place.
