View, comfort, and serenity
Paradise hotel perched on the edge of a cliff in a small, quiet village. The rooms are perfect, the bedding is very comfortable, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. Breakfast and dinner are generous buffets with a wide selection. The staff is extremely friendly, attentive, and responsive, always with a smile. The hotel has a bar, three restaurants, a mini-golf, and a pool.

Disappointed
Disappointing.
The positives
- beautiful scenery
- characterful
- they have a good buggy to help up the steep hill with your suitcases and the man who mainly does that is lovely
- gym was clean and modern
Negatives
- the hotel staff are not very friendly
- everything is an additional cost, mini golf €2.50pp and paddle €20. Yet the golf hasn’t been maintained
- we had to ask to get our room cleaned and therefore more toilet paper yet there was no apology
- day 1 there was no draft beer and only a choice of two ice creams, day two, there were NO ice creams. Not ideal when you have kids
- the hill is steep which is a killer in the heat
- the sink in our room was old and shabby, there had clearly been some DIY to fix it in again and it look awful

Very beautiful family deluxe suite with an amazing view on the sea, very nice breakfast, the staff were very helpful and smiling, the golf cart is always available for a pick-up or drop off

The location was absolutely fantastic, and the free parking was a big plus. The hotel itself was lovely and clean, and we really enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, the breakfast was a bit disappointing and some of the unfriendly staff. Overall, though, it was a great hotel, and we would definitely recommend it.
