Please read this review..
We stayed here part way through a cycling trip. We arrived hot and sweaty. Probably not ideal guests. The owners were wonderful, especially the daughter who spoke wonderful English. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were clean and fresh. Plug sockets in useful places too! For guest care this would be very hard to beat. The owners also have a restaurant a short walk away. Good food.

A motorcycle tour stopover
Strange place as it does not have reception staff so you need to inform them when you will arrive. Once in however the room is small but nice with a reasonable bathroom and aircon. The undergound parking was down a very steep ramp with a sharp turn and didn't look flat inside. I declined it and parked in the street , the public does pass by as there is a sports ground over the road and youngsters are out late at the skatepark and other recreations. One person kindly left their Coca Cola can on my bike seat but no damage done. The breakfast was weird to say the least so I couldn't really recommend it. We wouldn't use this place again

Building shares with apartments, so some noise.
We booked this hotel, as the location on our trip was convenient, and they had secure locked motorbike parking. It did cost €7. There was no restaurant at the hotel but was not far from the centre of town where there was plenty of choice. We were the only guests but the ladies we met were friendly and provided an interesting breakfast.
There was noise from the adjoining apartments closing shutters and arriving back late in the night. It served the purpose of a stop over at the right distance between visiting points. There was some interest in the town where the old part had information signs, a small museum (closed) and narrow streets.

Good for a two star hotel. Clean and tidy
Comfortable small B & B style hotel located in the town of Pont de Suert. . Within walking distance of restaurantsWiFi available but unsecured and slow. Plenty of room to park in street outside hotel. Safe and convenient. Within walking distance of restaurants in town

a boring town and a so-so hotel, redeemed by a lovely hostess
We would not recommend staying here or even going to this town, which has nothing going for it. It has a river and a bridge but they are not part of the scene, and the old buildings in town are decrepit and not part of the tourist route. There are no restaurants of note in the town; we ate at a cheap place recommended by Primera, who owns both places. The restaurant was acceptable but no more. The hotel was clean but the lamps were broken and it could use a fix-up. Like another reviewer, we arrived and there was nobody home so we called the cell given and Primera showed up in a few minutes. The front door took forever to unlock, and by the end of the stay we knew how to work it. Apparently the breakfast comes with the room, an unusual feature in Spain, but all we had was coffee and croissants (both excellent). Also, we had reserved for two nights, but left after one, and Primera only charged us for the one night. The wifi was free and very fast. We did tour the lovely Valle de Boi and its Romanesue churches which are nearby.

Lamentamos profundamente su opinión sobre nuestro establecimiento. Nos gustaría aclarar algunas de las críticas de su publicación. Referente a las lámparas, revisamos detalle a detalle que todo funcione correctamente. Si da la casualidad que se funde una bombilla, simplemente avisando a recepción se le realiza el cambio sin inconveniente alguno. Como usted menciona correctamente, el hotel no dispone de recepción permanente por eso disponemos de un teléfono las 24 horas y asistimos al instante de la llamada. La puerta de la entrada dispone de un código electrónico de apertura para mayor seguridad. Si no funcionaba quizás se deba a error suyo, aunque lo revisaremos por si acaso. Disponemos de un desayuno degustación con productos locales y un gran surtido de embutidos, zumo natural, etc... Si está interesado solo debe solicitarlo. El café y los croissants fueron cortesia de la casa, sin coste alguno. Referente al municipio, Pont de Suert dispone de un casco antiguo medieval que año tras año atrae centenares de turistas. Estamos ubicados en un lugar estratégico al alcance de muchos puntos de gran interés cultural y pasajístico.
