Lovely Hotel perfect for young families

Lovely very clean hotel.
Food is good we went all inclusive, bus stop outside reception and 40 mins from airport.
Lots of sun loungers and pools very nice.
Cannot recommend enough.

Great hotel

Very good hotel to enjoy Menorca with the family.
It has very large and clean facilities. Entertainment throughout the day and remarkable quality of the buffet food.

Weak

Despite having a friendly and attentive staff the hotel shows very deficitary. The cleanliness in the rooms and very superficial, the box was not always clean, the beds were never changed throughout the week. A leg from the bed appeared outside the site and they never called the maintenance to repair, they simply landed in a corner. Every day I found poorly washed dishes at breakfast and dinner, dishes and cups. The fruit was always the same, the food of very medium quality. The pool bar was very scarce for those who wanted to make a meal whether it was light or a snack. There was a show available to guests of full pension in which the products presented poor appearance and France quality conservation. We couldn't order drinks and food on the same counter, we had to be in two queues with no sense at all. There was nowhere a natural juice

Excellent for a short break …nothing around the hotel except one restaurant by the beach but the hotel itself is great , staff so friendly and helpful , lovely food , pool area great and loads of sunbeds . Would definitely come again and recommend to others.

We really enjoyed our first stay at this hotel in the beginning of August and went back second time for a shorter stay and now looking to book another holiday for next year. It is only a short drive from the airport, it is clean, staff are friendly and helpful and in my opinion it offers all you need for a family with children for a relaxing holiday. We look forward to coming back to this hotel in the future.
