Moderan i ugodan hotel koji je obnovljen iz stare tvornice brašna iz 19. stoljeća smješten je na obali rijeke Ege. Ovaj hotel nalazi se na 15 minuta hoda od hodočasničke rute Santiago de Compostela i samo 20 minuta vožnje od Pamplone.

Exceptional
Original hotel old flour factory q preserves infrastructure than it was but most importantly, the careful attention of the reception girl, attentive, polite and always willing to help you in everything you need, the cleaning of 10 , the super spacious room with all amenities, toiletries and slippers, the mattress and pillow very comfortable, the breakfast very complete and very rich everything, definitely highly recommended, thanks for the attention!

Hi tech check in palava
This hotel is pretty good, although at €72 (not including breakfast) not amazing value, although that does include parking which I was grateful for. Not secure parking, but a covered, dedicated area at the side of the hotel.
My ensuite room was perfectly clean and comfortable, somewhat limited (but adequate) variety of TV channels, good sized bathroom, large desk and a safe. All useful.
Much less useful was the check in procedure. After booking and paying with booking.com, I stated my arrival time as 17:00 — nb: the website says check in not available between 14:00 - 17:00,which worked OK for me, but might be inconvenient, no? Anyway, I was asked to complete a check in procedure online, which involved scanning my ID document and giving name, address, phone number etc. Fair enough, but it took a while. However, on arrival, this didn't speed up the check in procedure at all, in fact it took another 15 minutes for the staff to issue me with my door code.
You don't get a key, you get sent a code by WhatsApp - but the one they sent me didn't work to begin with, some issue with the system not storing my previously sent ID documents.
Staff were helpful and eventually rectified this problem, but after riding most of the day, I could have done without this 15 minute delay before getting into my room.
But - this is the age of artificial intelligence, no?

Excellent hotel
The hotel is beautiful, the rooms very spacious, everything very clean and well maintained.
Excellent treatment and great friendliness of all the staff, to highlight the reception, a marvel.
A full breakfast, good quality and very varied.
It's been a great discovery.

noisy room, unattended reception, inappropriate tone messages by whatsapp
The first thing to highlight about this accommodation is the terrible traffic noise in the room, absolutely constant and impossible to ignore.
But the worst is not just that. The management of the hotel has been disappointing from the beginning. We sent an email asking if it would be possible to leave our bags before check-in time. They said yes, if the room wasn't ready before, in which case we could go upstairs. We were sent the passcode before the official check-in time, which reasonably made us understand that the room was available. We entered the hotel with our key. Nobody at reception despite the time when I said there would be staff in it. Nobody leaving 20 minutes after we put our stuff in.
Our surprise comes when the hotel itself enters the room unannounced to leave a card, clearly invading our privacy. Later, we are rebuked for whatsapp!, having agreed before 15:00, saying that management has decided not to make any extra charges, on top of that! when the confusion has been generated by themselves,
Furthermore, the alleged presence of staff at the timetables is not fulfilled. There was no one at our arrival, not even 20 minutes later, no one at 18:45, despite being reception hours according to their website. In the two days of stay was the usual key in reception. There's no doorbell at reception and no posters coming back now. At no time was there clear or accessible attention. It is surprising — and rather disappointing — in a four-star establishment on paper.
Your hours of service at reception are not fulfilled. Traffic noise. The reception mostly abandoned which could compromise even the security of the hotel. They ruined our weekend experience entering our room after having given us the key in the form of an entry key with whatssap messages for which I certainly did not give my phone.
