highly recommended hostel

Hostel with a very good location for visiting the area, it is clean, spacious rooms, beautiful place... 100% recommended... mind you, breakfast could be much better!!!

Very good! Nice personell and beautiful location. The room lacked ac (extremely hot when we were there) and there was nothing open at night which made dinner or just buy something to drink a bit challenging

I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Cristina's attention, the waitress was disastrous. Apart from throwing away the cards, talking to you with high-handedness and it will be stupidly arrogant your attitude should be sanctioned. We had been recommended this restaurant and the truth that I do not recommend it and for those who ask me directly we will say not to go.
We go out to eat every Sunday and in very few restaurants we have encountered such a poor education from a worker.
As far as the food is concerned, it was not bad, the rations are not rather small and many things they had on the menu told us they did not have. So if the menu is already scarce if we get more dishes, we didn’t have much to choose from.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND, there are very good restaurants in the Cerdanya that the food is excellent and the treatment exceptional.

What a lovely setting, friendly staff and fantastic hospitality, we will certainly be back and next time we will stay longer.

Ideal hostel except for parking

The hostel is well located with easy access, close to Alp and Puigcerdà. Although we had to wait a while to be taken care of, afterwards the treatment was very good. The cozy rooms and the best was to be able to enter breakfast and dining with our knob, which is not allowed in almost any hotel. The right breakfast, not buffet but enough. The restaurant is also very good.
The only stick is the parking since in the reservation indicate that they have parking but this is not their own. You park at the door of the same hostel but only if you find room, the problem is to arrive at lunch or dinner time as parking is complicated. The surrounding area is countryside and with limited places most of them occupied by people who go to dine at the restaurant of the hostel itself or at a pizzeria right next door. We've had to go around several times to be able to park. They should consider having places for guests.
