Finally Formentera
We stayed for a week as a couple. The hotel has a fabulous location with respect to the beach which is one of the most beautiful on the island. The rooms are basic but with excellent cleaning, the view from our room was amazing and also from the terrace where breakfast takes place. The breakfast is buffet paying the option of the breakfast included and 'very good and of the highest quality', the pros and cons and' that it is' buffet but is served by the hotel staff for so it's very fresh but sometimes you have to wait until they are available to serve you so you have to "calculate the time needed" if you take other commitments such as car rental etc.
The staff of the Hotel is professional and helpful especially Mr. Federico at Reception. Possibility to take a shower before departure despite leaving the room, with towels and all necessary facilities. You can reach the hotel by bus L9 from the port if you have the opportunity to walk a bit crossing a wooden walkway from the beach that has some steps.

Needs attention
We stayed at the Hotel for two nights, in rooms located on the far side of the pool outside the main hotel building. These rooms felt quite separate from the main property and are modest in size, resembling converted stables in layout and feel. That said, the hotel itself is clean, well presented, and maintained to a good standard overall.
The pool area is particularly enjoyable, and the location is excellent—very close to the beach, which makes it a strong base for a relaxed stay. The reception area and front-of-house staff were also a highlight: consistently helpful, welcoming, and efficient.
The main area that could benefit from improvement is the restaurant. While the pricing reflects the location and setting, the service does not fully match the level expected at that price point. There appears to be a gap in consistency and coordination within the team, and at times the overall service experience felt underdeveloped for a hotel of this calibre.
One practical issue was the system for ordering drinks, which required immediate payment each time. When staying by the pool or in a relaxed setting, this becomes inconvenient, particularly when guests do not always have payment methods readily to hand. A more flexible billing system or room charge option would significantly improve the experience.
Overall, the restaurant would benefit from stronger service training and a more guest-focused approach to operations, particularly given the remote and premium nature of the location. With some refinement to service standards and systems, it has the potential to match the quality of the rest of the hotel.
