Very far from 4-star standards – Security, hygiene, false tranquility, and lack of professionalism
We spent three nights in this 4-star rated establishment. While the size of the room and the bedding are decent, the rest of the stay was particularly disappointing and unworthy of this hotel category.
Positive points:
Room: Spacious, compliant with the surface area criteria of a 4-star hotel, and comfortable bedding.
Reception (partially): Two of the receptionists were smiling, kind, and made kind efforts to communicate despite the language barrier.
Negative points:
Security and malfunctions in the room:
Air conditioning broken in the first room, requiring a room change during the stay.
In both rooms occupied (1st and 2nd floor), the sliding glass door leading to the terrace would not lock. Since the terraces were adjoining with simple glass partitions that were easy to cross, the risk of intrusion was real.
No safe in the first room and a broken safe in the second.
Direct consequence: Direct consequence: Due to the non-lockable sliding glass doors and the unusable safe, we were forced to systematically take all our valuables (laptops, etc.) with us in the car every time we left the hotel.
Pool and exterior:
Although highlighted in the photos, the pool is absolutely not reserved for hotel guests. It is open to outside guests paying for a day pass.
Result: a crowded municipal pool atmosphere, with groups and families equipped with coolers for the day. No calm or relaxing setting of a 4-star hotel.
Hygiene and catering:
Meager breakfast: minimal choice, tasteless fruit juice from concentrate (in Spain, this is unforgivable), and no hot dishes or made-to-order options offered.
Cold chain breach: the cold cuts and yogurts were placed at room temperature on non-refrigerated trays, making them risky to consume.
Strong, persistent sewage and plumbing odors throughout the hotel.
Service and common areas:
The staff does not speak English (despite it being advertised on booking platforms), and one of the receptionists showed inappropriate annoyance regarding the language barrier.
Lobby turned into a daycare: receptionist slumped on the bench, toys on the floor, table and computer intended for guests monopolized by the staff's children for eating, in a constant din.
The gap between the 4-star classification, the glowing online reviews, and the reality on the ground is glaring.

I will not return. Forgettable place.
I will not return. The hotel does not have a pool; it is a sort of municipal pool where you are forced to sit in uncomfortable chairs (if there are any free). A noisy, crowded pool-picnic area where you cannot fit a pin and where you cannot put a towel on the concrete because there is no room. The shade is for the picnic area. They charge you for the lounge chairs, even though you are staying at the hotel. I complained about it and they ignored me. If I hadn't only stayed for one night, I would have gone somewhere else.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was perfect for the price we paid—comfortable, clean, and excellent value overall. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better.
The hotel is a little off the beaten track outside Murcia, but that was actually part of its charm. It felt very authentic and gave us a more traditional Spanish experience.
A couple of minor downsides: most of the staff spoke very little English, but they always tried their best to understand us and help in any way they could, which we really appreciated. Also, the swimming pool is a municipal pool next to the hotel rather than a private hotel pool. It was quite crowded during our visit, although it was a Saturday, so that’s probably to be expected.
Overall, a great stay and excellent value for money. We’d happily return.

We had a good time
Everything has been great, breakfast buffet, we have been in the summer pool. In the evening we had dinner on the terrace, some nice pizzas.
