A terrible experience on our last day after staying at this hotel for a week
⛔️ Testimony from a woman who is nine months pregnant and travelling with a two-year-old child.
❌ A terrible experience on our last day after staying at this hotel for a week
The behavior of the receptionist who was on duty on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, around 12:30–12:40 p.m. was absolutely outrageous and has no place in a hotel that is supposed to welcome and respect its guests.
That day, just a few minutes after the check-out time, this employee called our room and started shouting at us over the phone that check-out was at 12:00 p.m. My husband immediately apologized for our slight delay and explained that we were already in the process of leaving the room. Despite his apology, she did not calm down at all.
A few moments later, she came to our room and banged on the door so violently that it felt as if she was trying to break it down. When I opened the door, she immediately started yelling at me, demanding that we leave the hotel at once.
The entire conversation had been in English. However, she suddenly switched to Spanish and continued shouting aggressively. Since I do not speak Spanish, I had no idea whether she was insulting us or what exactly she was saying, which made the situation even more intimidating and humiliating.
I would like to point out that I am nine months pregnant, with a very advanced pregnancy, and we were travelling with our two-year-old son. At no point did this employee show the slightest respect, humanity, or empathy. On the contrary, she continued to humiliate us and speak to us in an extremely aggressive manner in front of our little boy, who witnessed the entire scene without understanding what was happening.
As if that were not enough, she then deactivated our room key before we had even finished leaving, immediately cutting off the electricity in the room. We could not even check whether we had forgotten anything in the bathroom, use the toilet, or simply finish packing and leave under normal conditions.
After spending six nights at this hotel, during which we were always respectful guests, we absolutely did not deserve such treatment. We travel regularly throughout Europe, Asia, and many other parts of the world, and we have never experienced such aggression, such a lack of professionalism, and such disrespect toward paying guests.
I strongly urge the hotel management to review the CCTV footage and identify the receptionist who was on duty on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, between approximately 12:30 and 12:40 p.m. Her behavior is completely unacceptable for anyone working in the hospitality industry and seriously damages the reputation of this hotel.
What should have been the final day of our holiday in Spain turned into a deeply humiliating experience that we will never forget.

Only thing I found poor was the breakfast ! Could have done with some scrambled eggs. It was a continental breakfast which was good. But the hotel,staff,rooms,cleanliness was outstanding

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days, the hotel as a structure is good, excellent location, rooms are minimal but with the essentials, the problem arises that we were robbed inside our room of personal belongings with a total value of about 1000€: smartwatch, glasses, 1 bracelet, 1 ring, empty glasses case (absurd), and 3 t-shirts purchased during the vacation.
Upon our return to the room, we found the room clean and tidied up by the staff, but our suitcases had been moved and opened.
We do not have concrete proof, but (even after reading some reviews with the same occurrence) our suspicion falls on the housekeeping staff, who are the only ones with access to the room.
We reported it to the Reception and they dismissed us by saying that they cannot do anything.
We filed a report with the Local Police.

Free parking and free breakfast ... what more can you ask for. OK the breakfast isn't great but it's basic and adequate.
The staff are very friendly and the position of the hotel is good.
