Our vacation hotel!!
Hotel that we have been clients of for several years.... The kindness of the employees, whether in the dining room, cafeteria, room cleaning, or reception, is a hallmark of the hotel..
The food/dinner is varied and well-cooked, with live cooking.
The rooms, at least the studios for three in our case, are quite good, with a refrigerator and a mini electric kitchen.... Everything is correct....
Perhaps the bathroom needs an update, but it is acceptable.
The distance to the beach is just a five-minute walk.
Hotel parking is limited, although it is not difficult to find parking in the surrounding area.

Animation team was weak this year.
I love the Hotel Tres Anclas, good cleanliness, good buffet, charming staff, I repeat every year... this year they changed the animation team led by Borja for another with less experience, and although they put in effort, the organization has noticeably worsened, lack of experience in motivating guests, repetitive and scarce activities, they removed the daily bingo that many people liked and little recognition for those who exceeded their challenges... In short, this year the animation team did not meet my expectations.

Terrible.
This year the experience is terrible; on the first day, more than 200 teenagers were running, shouting, and playing with the elevators (it was impossible to go up and down) and the food was scarce. On the third day, some left, and another 200 children came, the same as before.
For drinks, we ordered a glass of wine, and they brought us a bottle (almost 15 euros); we mentioned it to the waitress, and she said it could not be changed. Additionally, after ordering a Coca-Cola, wine, and a homemade drink, we asked for a glass of water or a pitcher, and they told us a large bottle. When we said no, they brought us a pitcher of hot water.
My thought is that they bring schools and teams that do not buy drinks and disturb others.
