Nice and well-located, but uncomfortable.

THE POSITIVE: Very good location, recently renovated, with a certain neoclassical taste, there is personal attention 12 hours a day and phone service at night. It is a suite and has nice furniture, large windows, views, and layout.
THE NEGATIVE: The value for money is compromised by unpleasant details:
1. plastic fitted sheet on the bed, which increases the feeling of heat and humidity.
2. The air conditioning works for 5 minutes and then turns off.
3. The kitchen is poorly equipped.
4. After 3 days of stay, changing the towels incurs an extra charge.
5. There are no closets.
6. The toilet gets clogged.
7. Without curtains or blinds, one must use blackout curtains to avoid being seen from the street or the houses across the way.
We like this area of Gijón, but we will not return to these apartments.

Place not recommended, bad smell, dirty sheets, bad towels, tetric. I slept dressed, I was disgusted. Well located.

Shamefully DIRTY!!

Very bad experience in a studio where the shower hadn't been cleaned in a long time! Pieces of black dirt peeled off the corners when taking the shower!!! When I pointed it out at reception, they replied that they were only receptionists and to send the photos and video to the contact whatsapp, which they would send to their address, which we never heard from.
Shame to have so little regard for the client and rent spaces with lack of total hygiene, which is the basis!

Very central and modern but with some necessary improvement

We stayed in SA regime for 2 nights to get to know the city and surroundings.
Very central that allows you to have quick access to the center as well as the wide variety of gastronomic offer but that makes it difficult for you to park because it is all blue area that after hours is difficult to access.
Both hotel and room have modern decor and the latter comes equipped with bathroom, master with large double bed and adjoining doorless room with extra bed, dining table and kitchen.
Overall good in terms of cleanliness but I do see a need to improve some door closing, damp walls,...
It has 2 TVs and air conditioning.
